Wanderer Awakening has FIFTY SONGS, and we're openly encouraging everyone to make their own videos, providing some simple guidelines are followed. Here's the debut!
THE STORY OF THE UNIVERSE -- TOLD IN A MUSICAL ADVENTURE
Wanderer Awakening is our 50-song mega-album that takes you through a two-hour and 23-minute journey of spiritual transformation. It starts with the voice of the One Infinite Creator at the dawn of the Universe, explaining its reasoning and goals for creating reality as we know it.
We then proceed to weave a vast tapestry through time and space in the tradition of Homer's 'Odyssey' and other epic narratives.

This is a musical presentation of the core message in the Law of One material, and it harmonizes with many other sources of spiritual teaching, including the Course in Miracles. All the most important wisdom teachings -- not just opening the heart to get from third to fourth-density, but the realizations needed to go through ALL the densities and return to Oneness -- are contained within this epic journey.
The Creator generates billions of galaxies that in turn will host even greater numbers of inhabited worlds. Everyone in the Universe is given the free will to make whatever decisions they choose, without conditions or expectation. Since they are all One, they will inevitably discover the ways of love and re-unify with their true selfhood as the Creator.
We then zoom in on an angelic / extraterrestrial group who has been entrusted with the honor of creating a new world -- namely the Earth. This, of course, is a retelling of Ra's story as expressed in the Law of One series.
Three vocal songs in the beginning -- You're One With Me, Everything Tells Me and I'm On My Way -- are dedicated to the story of an angelic being within the Ra group. [The name is not given in the album to keep it more universal.]
THE HERO'S JOURNEY
Ra's first song, You're One With Me, is a progressive jazz exploration that has reminded people of the soaringly beautiful 'Avalon' by Roxy Music. It is Ra's articulation of the Creator's wish for their new world -- namely that everyone will be happy, develop love and compassion for each other, and remember their true identity.
After initially hoping for the best results on their new world (You're One With Me), we find out in the narrative entitled "The Invitation" that things have not worked out as they had planned -- the people on their planet have not learned the ways of love and have slipped into a great spiritual darkness.
It is implied in backstory that great religious leaders and 'Ascended Masters' such as Jesus and Buddha came and went, but that "even after our very best efforts, the people have still not learned the ways of love."
THE INVITATION TO 'WANDER'
Members within the group decide to incarnate in physical form as human beings on Earth, voluntarily giving up their Ascended abilities so they will not be "worshipped or seen as Gods in any way."
They also realize it is necessary to incarnate with amnesia, so they will not be able to easily remember who they are. Otherwise, the human ego might inevitably give them a sense of superiority or specialness, and that could easily corrupt them -- though the ego might not ever even realize this had happened.
Indeed, they will only have faint glimmerings of memory of who they really are, but this alone will help the planet -- because they will think and act in much more loving ways than most others. Their simple presence on Earth raises the overall 'vibration' and thus increases harmony by their simply being alive.
Our heroic character is aware that others are making the decision to go, but he is terrified about doing this himself, as there is a real risk of being abused and mistreated. This in turn could cause him to become confused enough to go negative, accrue karma and become stuck in a cycle of multiple reincarnations.
His paralyzing doubt is debated against his inevitable feeling that he must complete the journey as we hear him sing the gorgeous Roy-Orbison-early-60s-style song "Everything Tells Me" (To Come To You).
MAKING THE DECISION
In the next narrative, "The Decision," he finally makes up his mind -- his love for humanity and sense of responsibility is too great, and he must complete the journey himself.
He also realizes that he can be in two places at once -- retain his awareness in the angelic kingdom while also experiencing all the thoughts and feelings of the amnesic human. This allows him to send people and situations that can guide and potentially awaken him to his true identity and purpose for being on the Earth.
We clearly establish that if he CAN awaken, and remember who he really is, then he has the potential to be of much greater effectiveness in his mission.
The amnesic process will make him him feel fully human and a part of the world -- albeit confused by its negativity -- but the awakening would give him an ability to directly obtain and follow spiritual guidance as to how to best be of service.
We then hear him sing "I'm On My Way" as he proclaims his love for humanity and his willingness to go. This song could easily apply to soldiers who fight for freedom and liberty, as in this case it is the story of an angelic 'soldier' of sorts who is sacrificing himself to help the Earth.
UPDATE: THE FIRST "I'M ON MY WAY" VIDEO
Now, just a short time after posting this article, indie producer / director 'shumnyabai' has put together a video for "I'm On My Way" featuring angelic imagery consistent with this part of the story -- the decision to become human and voluntarily give up the angelic kingdom to help the Earth:
[We are delighted to have these songs available for you to check out, complete with video. This helps show the diversity of styles and textures we have on the album. Truly, all 50 songs are unique in their own right, due to the huge diversity of musical influences Larry and I both drew off of.]
ATTRACTING A POWERFUL RELATIONSHIP
By this point, we are also aware that our hero has decided the single best chance he has to awaken on Earth is by attracting a powerful relationship -- featuring all the ups and downs, all the joys and sorrows of the human experience.

We then take the plunge into materiality in the interlude known as 'Growth'. We hear him as a young boy, barely able to articulate speech, but alluding to the 'rainbow' he can see in his mind -- the first glimmering of his memory that he came from the heavens.
He then speaks as an adult about the amazing dreams he has, almost as if "there is another world out there" -- but he can't quite remember what it is or where it is. This leads us directly into the next song, "When I Was a Little Boy," which has an enchanting and unique chord and melodic structure -- and reveals how alone and terrified he feels as he is stepping into the full responsibilities of adulthood.
As the album goes on, he finds the "Perfect Girl" of his dreams -- but trouble ensues, leading to most of the hard-rocking songs on the album. And this is where we come in now!
There are 25 songs with lead vocals on the album, and 25 narrations that have complete songs built around them as well.
Of the 25 vocal songs, about nine are rockers, beginning with his being madly in love with the new girl (Perfect Girl). The rockers also cover his disillusionment (Quiet as the Night, You Owe Me a Favor, Cast Iron Girl, She Lies, I Feel Nothing, and Where Were You) as well as his realization of spiritual truth (Hold On To Your Fever) and his return to her, newly transformed (Singled Out) as well as his eventual reunion with his Higher Self (Listen To You and Love is Everything.)
OUR DEBUT 'FAN VIDEO'!
A YouTube indie producer / director going by the name 'brocollii' has been the very first to convert a song from Wanderer Awakening into a music video! You are about see and hear the video for "Cast Iron Girl," as our hero is wrestling with the frustration of how cold, critical and indifferent she has become towards him.
Though we have gorgeous ballads, progressive songs, jazzy songs, et cetera that range through a wide variety of styles, this song is straight-ahead 70s hard rock in nature. You will notice three-part guitar harmonies in the tradition of bands like Queen and interesting musical breaks within the piece that make it more than just your typical verse-chorus-verse-chorus structure.
I personally laughed and laughed (in a good way!) at some of the screaming lead-singer pictures, so you have my permission to have fun with this!
As you can see from our Official Release page, the listener comments have been phenomenal. We have truly accomplished something that exceeded everyone's expectations by a substantial amount. The last nine months were super-compressed, super-intense creativity and production, and the result is, as many people are now saying, truly a timeless classic.
You can jump in and be a part of the adventure right now by clicking on the following link:
Lastly, I will reprint some slightly-updated text from a prior article that spells out how you can get involved and create your own videos from the album -- providing you've bought your own copy and follow our simple, straightforward guidelines.

Hello David I really love the song I'm on my way I am going to buy your dvd of songs. For some reason I went on tears.
I been I deciple for the church of christs for 8 years. I don't understand why this last year I want to be alone and keep to my self all the time.
I sometimes think that I am depress but no I don't feel that way because when I go out I talk to people and lift their spirit up. Please if you have time to get back to me if this is good or bad but it is something that i can't understand.
Thank you for giving yourself to post so much information I have watch all your dvd very interested and can't so watching I been explaining to my husband. But thank you.
Aloha David, When I first heard the video of your song 'I'm On My Way' I literally lifted up within.
Five months ago my soulmate of 42 years went back home. I am still numb and miss everything we experienced together.
I write him a short note daily to help wrap my brain around this void. I always start by saying 'another day closer to you honey'.
It seems like yesterday that we met at a lunch counter and I was reading the book 'There Is A River'by TS, which was about the life of Edgar Cayce. This was our launching time to study and become in tune with the cosmos.
Our togetherness was blissful and creative. After reading Michael Newton's books I am convinced that my darling is around me.
Even though I know there are no mistakes and we contract our journey here, I am perplexed over 'why are joyful harmonious soulmates divided by this horrendous pain.'
There needs to be another way of leaving this plane without agony of the heart.
I know we are human and it is just the physical lost to sight, however, the physical is what brought us together and then the Soul inside played its role through the physical.
Irregardless, the instant awareness of one another triggers the heart to open and say welcome, as each Soul recognizes their Love. Our joy lasted for many decades until my darling took his last breath while I held him close.
In the beginning our hearts were thumping wildly and at the finale his heart ceased beating while mine was left wounded.
Why hasn't anyone written instructions on how not to struggle when your loved one returns to spirit. Grief classes? I've been to a couple. They do not offer heart repair kits.
A ray of sunshine pierced my heart when I listened to your music video 'I'm On My Way'...Even though you wrote it for our earth, I sang it to my honey so that he could sense that I was looking forward to our reunion.
Mahalo nui David for your creative writing that has healing energy for the human heart as well as our earth as she cares for us all. Aloha from across the ocean, Claudette
Your album reaches into the heads and hearts of many people that have the same experiences as you. So many men live with relationships that deal with cast iron girls and vice versa.
Through your experience you touch the part of hearts that people do not want to deal with, in turn causing them to confront their situation and realize that they are not alone.
Plus the fact that the beat, melody and your voice show talent. I love how the album tells a story that covers so many aspects of life -- spirituality, hope, relationships and awakening.
david, i am a big fan of your work. i am wondering when you are going to release a statement regarding the existing flu situation. i think your community and fans might feel better if you provided your thoughts on the situation. it is my understanding that the mainstream media is not accurately reporting on the actual number of casualties in mexico. additionally, there are other odd ripple effects from the flu situation, which you may be able to elucidate.
thank you!
Dear David & Larry this is truly magical piece of art. It penetrates the soul very deeply, brings out emotional memories and clears away the garbage that is holding us back from our upward journey.
I always felt loneliness in my heart because there is nobody I could share my thoughts with or I could share David's views with. My husband is "prove it" guy and I have been struggling to make him see the world in more sophisticated and divine view.
Well he also is a music lover and knows the power of music on many levels.
So when I got WA I was so excited for him to listen to it, but feared another sarcastic comments too.
What a wonderful surprise it was when he said "This is very good".
Since then we listen to WA together, we sing together and we are connecting with each other in a very beautiful way again. Love is in the air.
He even started to ask questions & listens to you videos. This is so magical, something I always prayed for. We are finding that our relationship has open up to deeper levels. This is surely an Awakening.
Thank you, may you be blessed to continue this wonderful service to humanity.
Much love
What I'm about to say is true for me, at least. I respect the views of others, and realize that people do see things differently. So, I speak only for myself. Wanderer Awakening is by far the best album ever made. It speaks to the soul and heart in a very profound way. There is so much wisdom and genius here. It's not just the exquisite music. It's not just the rich, clear, magnificent voice of the lead singer. It's not just that it's fun and uplifting. Wanderer Awakening is all that. But there's something more. It skillfully presents truths that are hidden deep within us, and offers timeless, joyful, life-affirming principles. It discusses our way back home in narrative and song. One of my favorite songs is "You Fly," which is about honoring and releasing a departing loved one. "You Fly" is permeated with compassion, pain, loving-sadness, acceptance, and peace. I can listen to it over and over and still want to hear it again. Same for "Everything Tells Me," which has the line "show me the sunshine." What an amazing song. So many amazing songs. Wanderer Awakening is a seminal work of the very highest order, a masterpiece for the ages. BRAVISSIMO ! ! ! ! !
Great work guys!
I like the singing, the instruments, the production, everything!
Being a musician myself, I can say that I am really tired of the eternal comparing new music to the Beatles, Eagles, whatever. It's almost if music does not exist until you can tell where you've heard it before!
I'm sure this is only meant as a compliment, but come on guys. Those two musicians put so much into of themselves into the product. Who cares if it sounds like Zep or whatever. Most of all, it sounds like David and Larry -- ist there so little to it in your ears?
Great music videos! :zzz
David and Larry, you have created a metaphysical musical masterpiece!
"Cast Iron Girl:" awesome vocals, David, and back-up vocals, Larry. Absolutely LOVE LOVE the guitar riff interlude. Larry, you are a MASTER musician!
"I'm On My Way:" sweet, sweet keyboards; great drums, vocals. Yes, it does evoke the Eagles. It's a song of transcendent hope and encouragement.
"Growth:" aah, the little one is saying "rainbow." What a sweet little voice it is! (Just this morning before school my 8-year-old son noticed a rainbow through a prism of glass; I saw that as a synchronicity.)
I've listened to the full 2:23 of "Wanderer Awakening" all the way through twice. There is so much to love, so much that speaks right to my (and our) heart(s). Usually an artist creates one song or one album at a time, and we have time to listen and re-listen over and over. This is an EPIC, however, and it is an absolute feast. It takes time to absorb and fully appreciate. And that is why this is a PRICELESS gift to wanderers; it keeps giving to us in an infinite number of ways each time we listen.
Things I noticed on the second go-round: David, your narration is about spot-on perfect. There are no non-voice mouth sounds. The words are timed with the musical portion with obvious attention to precision and dramatic effect.
Yes, each song is a masterpiece in its own right; you're absolutely correct, David. Each is unique; no fillers. (See my comment about a "feast" above!) Lots of wonderful musical influences, too: Eagles, Roxy Music. It's only fitting that you draw upon the influence of the Eagles, as they were masters of blending musical styles. This is what you have done in WA.
I stand in awe of you, Larry and David, at how masterfully you can draw upon such a wide range of influences, and yet make it unique.
I noticed that "Where Were You" evokes both Led Zeppelin and the Beatles ("Day in the Life.") "Where Were You" is the spot-on musical (and lyrical) doppelganger to "Love Is Everything."
LOVE the melody and the keyboards on "Love is Everything," and the lead and background vocals are incredibly sweet and pure.
There is SO much to say about the narrative as well (in other words, the complete story as told in both spoken word and song), but that will have to wait till another time. As others have said, I see WA as a compelling stage presentation. Or maybe it could be a "story within a story" in "Convergence."
Love you guys! David, it would be so easy for you to "go negative," but you don't; instead you bust your butt and give us this priceless treasure. I am ever and always grateful for the love you give to us.

David,
Just listened to, and watched, shumnyabai's beautiful video of your song, "I'm On My Way." It brought tears to my eyes. Great job of phrasing your singing, David, and nice, subtle chord layering by Larry. His arrangements remind me of the work of Rick Wakeman and Steve Howe of Yes.
Good work, guys!
David,
After hearing that one song on that video, I must say its pretty damn good. Being a very crital musician and drummer I approve. I am an advocate of the off time drum fills, that is my style as well. I will save some dough and get a copy of this great album you have put together. excellent work.
Thanks for providing the positive path in all you do.

All I can say is Ra Ra Ra!! Amazing performance from Larry and David. Though not my cup of tea as I'm a black coffee man, but a very stunning vocal performance indeed. Definitely top notch work there in the production as well, Larry is really pulling off the Brian May riffs on this track! Looking forward to hearing more of this record as future videos are released, then I can decide if it is my cup of tea!!!
