i wanted to wish my fellow canadians a happy thanksgiving yesterday, but i was too busy preparing a feast for family and friends...
...and for that i am thankful.
for all my trials and tribulations i am thankful because they make me grow both personally and spiritually.
for my children. being a single parent can be difficult at times, but they are happy, healthy and loved.
for the change in seasons; the colours of the trees right now; the calming, peaceful presence that being by the water invokes in me.
for the beauty of a bird in flight.
for my new friend, the wasp!
for my health.
for awakening; for this forum and its members.
for the growing love i feel deep inside of me for everything around me.
i am thankful.
i feel it is important to focus on what we do have, rather than what we don't have and to be happy and loving and postive as much as we can thereby spreading love and light into the world.
the best things in life are free.
