end of the 2012 book, I'm not going to publish it on the website right now,
and would ask that you not circulate it. I am going to publish it here so
that you can see it now, and so that I can fulfill my promise.

D: I just had a dream where I was at a DMV. I had made a film that was a
comedy. It was allowing me to expedite the application process. I had to go
through filling out forms.
[1/6/07: Now that I'm transcribing this, it's ironic that this would come
through right in the middle of doing all the legwork for trying to find a
new place to live.]
Before that was another section where there was some community living. I
remember seeing people on the rooftops like a fraternity. They were all
watching me. In fact, everyone was watching me - in the other buildings too.
I was finally able to go out and talk to them and resolve whatever was
bothering them.
My intention here is to allow this request for a reading to be honored
before I leave the Rosendale area. [Deep breath, nearly three minute pause]

I am Ra. We greet you in the love and in the light of the One Infinite
Creator. We communicate now through this entity known as David Wilcock.
Whereas one would approach a greater study of the instruments of pain and
pleasure known as life, one would also recognize how fundamentally
incompetent the struggles can seem when a larger perspective is kept hidden
from the mind.
Augmenting this concern is a greater one. The story of 'the Fall of Man'
carries within itself many internal contradictions, yet the support it has
gained has a valid theory amongst your peoples is not in dispute.
The passion of the Christ relies upon a factual journey that is tinged with
misunderstandings about its greater nature. This is a time where the
elephant walks in the room selling china, yet so few are able to notice the
inconveniences, or so-called Earth Changes, have reached a period of great
intensity at this time. There are still those who are only holding it at the
periphery of their awareness, and have not yet decided whether there is any
legitimacy to the story.
To morph the female into the male and vice versa; this is the oblong journey
that is made as the quest itself is completed. The direction and the scale
of this process is your choice. We recommend - urgently - buying into the
greater belief in a Higher Power, as with this truism comes acceptance of
that which is available to you as an experience.
The older you are, the more you may remember the Light, for as one grows
close to it, there is a sense of inevitable familiarity. The ultimate
reality of the death of the physical body carries with it the necessity of
reaching for the highest levels of attainment, and atonement, that are
possible.
This question of 2012 is not so easily resolved. There are only a few
sentences that were given in the Law of One series to address this issue. We
wish no harm to come upon you; we only wish to share the perspective as we
see it.
When one takes a more enlightened view of the events of the hour, it becomes
clear and evident that the motive is for a planetary awakening. We
understand the oft-repeated notion that there is little one could do to
affect any responsible change in the midst of these upheavals in society,
government and geo-tectonic stress. Be advised, though, that this is
fundamentally an error.
One need only recognize the power of the mind, as it is truly connected to a
universal energy field whose properties are indivisible and unitary in
nature. Nothing can be hidden, and all is revealed to those who approach it
with an attitude of loving indifference to any of the blind spots that they
are aware they have.
What most frequently limits the access to this information that is always
around you is the hard-and-fast beliefs in the way things are about a
particular issue. You have become muddled in the collective thoughtforms of
humanity when you exist in doubt, skepticism and fear of the events around
you, and of the future.
Your planet is moving through a very rapid energetic transformation, and the
consciousness elicits a reflection of those same things that so many have
not wanted to face. As one example, your Kennedy assassination clearly
revealed that there were elements to the story that were not being shared -
and yet the response of most was to "shut up and go back to sleep".
We do not wish to criticize anyone - only to express that the frustration
these types of events create has a purpose that is useful. Each person
relies upon the principles they were taught as children - to experience life
and attempt to remain psychologically integrated. The thought of the self
having done something wrong, such as having violated the free will of others
(and by 'wrong' we mean within your standard code of morality), is too great
a burden to bear.
Therefore, the challenge that is presented to the self - to reflect upon the
Law of Free Will and make the appropriate and necessary changes to move
through life without the upbringing of the so-called 'karma' - occurs.
Like it or not, the system exists. And so often, its awareness is lost. This
is not a lecture in an attempt to create so-called 'healthy guilt' within
any of you. The medicine comes from the heart, when the love for the self
merges with the notion that others deserve to receive love as well - as
equals.
This love also comes with what your peoples have called 'healthy boundaries'
- when one moves into higher levels of soul integration.
We have seen comments regarding the apparent contradiction of the word
'boundaries' when used in this context. Consider that if you wish to fly,
upon your level of existence, you must enter into a craft that is suitable
for the flying. If this craft did not create a boundary around you, then the
wings would not be able to create a pressure difference between high on the
bottom of the wing and low on the top, such that the phenomenon of lift
would ensue.
Similarly, the creation and maintenance of personal boundaries is not
setting limitations upon the universe. It is recognizing that you exist in
this partial illusion of Oneness. It is partially illusory, but also
partially real, in the sense that you can be hurt. Your body can experience
pain, and you can experience equal or greater wounds in the emotional body
as well.
If you are thinking about or concerned with your Ascension, be advised that
the journey from a feeling of personal insignificance to one of unified love
and wisdom is a path that requires personal integrity and self-respect.
It is true that the negative path can be referred to with a familiar
shorthand, by calling it 'service to self'. The unintended consequences of
that delineation have included the attacks upon the credibility of the self
in the minds of those who have not taken the time to study the greater
context of the words, but who instead say they must not serve themselves, or
be concerned about themselves, if they are to move further along the
positive spiritual path.
The trees group together because they like what is seen there, what is felt
there and what is experienced there. When the sunlight is abundant, the
water flows freely and the air is clean, then life will flourish. The
equivalent in your own life is that of a healthy love that recognizes the
Creator within the self, first and foremost. This connection is your
birthright from the Universe, and it may seem overwhelming to consider such
thoughts as being ultimate realities.
Learning to love yourself may seem rather inconsequential if the positive
path is called 'service to others'. Yet, the greatest service is provided
when this level of self-love has been achieved. As the greater changes
continue within your reality at this time, there will need to be those whose
unflagging confidence in the inherent goodness of what is occurring will
have a noticeable effect upon the attitudes of the others around them.
You need not meet others face-to-face, as there is a sharing effect in the
mind of humanity that is surprisingly very little understood at this time in
your history. Each new surprise will effortlessly increase the seeking in
humanity, and there is still time to do the work on yourself that allows you
to approach the true fount of wisdom and love that is always within you.
The distractions imposed by your society are having less and less sway over
the minds of humanity. It is interesting for us to notice how difficult the
struggle often is for a soul to become truly free-thinking in spirit, mind
and body.
So often your peoples remain within an animal level of functioning, whereby
they feel ultimately incomplete without referring to any source of guidance
deemed wiser than they. To learn to love the self is also to learn to
respect the power of your ability to make educated decisions, and rely upon
inner guidance of reason and intuition for everything that comes your way.
If you are seeking to balance the karma, as it were, it is important to
realize that experiences will continue to repeat for as long as they are
useful to you. And if you have not felt qualified to make a judgment without
referring to some external authority as the deciding factor, then clearly
the experience remains useful, and will repeat.
This is not to say that you should fail to seek the counsel of others, or to
meditate upon pre-existent spiritual thoughts recorded by others in the
past. Rather, your awareness can integrate these perspectives together, and
become capable of synthesizing the input as a source of guidance. Yet even
strong pressure from others should not create a veto power that supersedes
your own decision-making ability.
When you allow others to think and decide for you, you have failed to
reinforce your own healthy boundaries. The ideal relationship is one wherein
free will is mutually respected, as with that mutual respect comes also the
trust that the Creator is found within, and is reflected in the other-self
whom you have partnered with. Your partner is not seen as a savior figure
for you, as much as a fellow traveler on the path to wholeness.
Similarly, as you take the steps to love yourself seriously, you will find
that you lose the terrifying fear of communicating that which you truly
feel. We do appreciate the contributions of your psychological thinkers in
emphasizing the ultimate importance of healthy, open and honest
communication in dealings with others. By "healthy" we mean that if you have
an emotional charge, you work through those emotions as much as possible in
advance, so that when the communication occurs, you can do so without having
temper flares and strongly negative emotions.
The true grace and glory of who you are in this moment, as you experience
these words, cannot be taken from you, as you are the very light and love
that the Universe is founded upon. We so often see that as a soul is
awakening, it becomes disgusted by the notions of ego, as David recently
wrote in an email to his discussion group. This word "ego" has become
terrifically distorted in semantics. This is also why we refused to refer to
it in the Law of One series, due to its complicated distortions.
The psychological definition of the 'ego' is that which is derived from the
German word 'ich', which means 'I', as in the observer and the experiencer
of reality. It is nestled together with the primitive self, derived from the
animal heritage, known as the 'id', and also the 'superego', or that which
is experienced as a Higher Power within the self.
Yet, most of your peoples now would think of the word 'ego' as referring to
qualities more appropriately situated in the id, within your system of
psychology.
You may find there to be multiple instances of others accusing you of having
an 'ego' when you are learning to love and respect yourself and grow
spiritually, with healthy communication. Be clear about the fact that if
another self has experienced a behavior and attitude within you that is easy
to manipulate, there will be a definite sense of disappointment and
emotional charge when you grow in self-love enough to create a boundary that
allows you to fly above the emotional devastation you may have experienced
in the past.
Hence, the Law of One quote, "True freedom is seen by those not free as
being negative or evil." And the funny part is that this is often a
transitory stage. When you truly love yourself, and your boundaries emerge
from that place, there is a recognition of truth in the minds and hearts of
others around you. It is then their decision as to whether they will rise to
the occasion and allow that same clarity and respect to vibrate within their
own mind complex, or whether they will withdraw from their pursuit, whatever
it may be.
Yours is a plane often fraught with apparent paradoxes; labyrinths of
complexity seemingly unimaginable by the finite mind. We find an enormous
redundancy in the feelings of utter futility to change one's life for the
positive in so many. Again, this relates back to our earliest discussion
about spiritual flexibility. When you truly learn to love yourself, you also
will recognize when it is time to move on. As to again quote the Law of One,
paraphrased, "To a perfectly balanced entity, there is no such thing as an
emotionally charged situation. There are only two choices. There is the
choice to be of service, or the choice to withdraw from the situation."
Your own flexibility is greatly enhanced when you can meditate on the
concept of obligation. As we said a bit earlier, thinking for yourself and
making your own decisions is a progressive step. So many reach these
paradoxes of thought because they have certain rigid and inflexible codes of
thought and behavior that were created by the feeling of a consensus. It may
be parents, teachers, other authority figures, religious beliefs, et cetera,
but the ultimate point is often the same.
The animal consciousness has an instinctual seeking to fulfill the will of
the Creator. It also has not individuated, and thus does not see the self as
a truly separate, free-thinking mind, with its own free will and
decision-making power. Ask yourself how often, in seeking to know the will
of the Creator, you have consulted your own reasoning above all else as
being the ultimate arbiter of your destiny. When you learn to love yourself,
you also learn how to navigate life's critical courses without falling back
to ridiculous superstitious behaviors that would insist that you are not
qualified to make a decision.
If you feel this way, then rest assured that your Higher Self will go out of
its way to create situations for you wherein the standard, unquestionable
templates of thought and decision-making that you have held will be
challenged. True soul evolution comes in the gray areas, where hard-and-fast
truisms cannot be stated; where there is no easy answer, where you strive
for meaning and wisdom and understanding.
Similarly, the conditions upon your planet at this time create such a
striving that some would simply fall back upon the distorted undertakings of
previous spiritual teachings, in an attempt to gain clarity about that which
is occurring. Others would buy into the suspicions of a media that would
say, at various times, that the Earth Changes are the product of industrial
carbon-dioxide and monoxide emissions, among others. Still others would
insist that nothing is going on; that life is continuing normally, and no
changes are occurring.
It will become increasingly obvious that the changes are indeed occurring.
We ask that you not be infected with the disease of fear as these events
continue accelerating. The greater purpose of these events is to inspire you
to seek the heart within yourself; to learn to love yourself and respect
yourself, and trust in the greater process that is unfolding on your planet
at this time.
As we have said before, greenhouse gases are not the primary cause of what
you are seeing on the Earth. Your solar system has effectively been moving
into a region of your galaxy wherein the fundamental laws of physics, as you
know them, are altered - due to a higher frequency of vibration.
Your scholar known as Albert Einstein expressed how space and time are
indivisible, forming what he called a 'fabric'. In this case, the rise in
vibration that we speak of does also refer to a rise in the speed of time's
passage as you know it. There will continue to be a measurable linearity to
your system of time, as seen in the measurement of the minutes, hours and
days. What you will notice as being different is that the number of
emotionally challenging and uplifting events that you experience will
continue to rise.
This is the timeline that is most important in soul evolution. It is true
forward movement of the timeline of your evolution into the Higher Self that
you will become, in what you think of as the future. These experiences
presented to you by the world, as it moves into this higher frequency, are
not meant to leave you miserable and detached; they are meant to inspire a
greater confidence in that which is occurring.
The apparent conflict and lack of protection from a Higher Power causes you
to seek that power within yourself - to more clearly define your
understanding about what is occurring, to see the sacred subtext that others
have missed when reacting with instinctive fear that causes them to deny
that anything is going on.
What you are really seeing is a collective opening of the heart. And with
that opening comes the revelation of many misbegotten truths, many forgotten
promises, many distortions. You find them in yourself, in others and in your
greater social and political structures.
By moving more and more into love, you need not excise these tumors, but
simply allow them to melt away within yourself. No surgery is required, as
once you do not need these experiences to repeat, because you understand
them, they will naturally fall away and be no more.
This period of intensification does occur until the quantum leap of the 2011
to 2013 vicinity, as was previously stated in the Law of One series. After
this time, the tipping point from third density to fourth density has made
its decisive movement, and the weight of fourth-density becomes greater than
that of third. There is a corresponding change in the physics of matter and
energy as you know it.
This transition does affect the physical body akin to the movement through a
vortex formation. There is nothing painful about this process. There is
absolutely no reason to fear this transformation. It is a shift in
consciousness, a shift in frequency and a shift in the basic nature of
reality as you know it.
It is your choice to trust, and these words, like so many others, will fall
out of the hand of their creator like grains of sand. The forces of personal
inflexibility - those who know it all, and have made up their minds about
what is truth - will have no problem discarding them or seeing their
validity. Yet even a few grains of sand, when properly cultivated, can form
beautiful works of art
This is part of the underlying spiritual message of the Tibetan sand
paintings, wherein various colors of sand are used to create gorgeous
mandalas for the purpose of contemplative meditation. We do not wish you to
turn us into an unquestioned source of authority either, if that is where
you are leaning. Rather, look at the evidence that is presented, and
continues to be presented before you. Consider the greater context as seen
in the workings of David and others like him, and then ask yourself, "What
is truth?"
Be willing to open yourself to the possibility that guidance will come. You
may have a vision or a dream, or a synchronicity with seeing numbers appear
that have meaning to you, such as on a clock or a license plate, or the
odometer in a car, et cetera. You are not divorced from your Higher Self; it
is always around you, and when you can still the mind, relax and move into
the trust of love, you will find that from gentleness comes understanding;
from your own safety in the sanctity of your being comes a foundation that
lets you know that that safety extends throughout all creation.
You are eternal. You are everywhere and everywhen. You are the Love. You are
the Light. You are the One Infinite Creator. You are indivisible. Your
experience will continue to grow more and more integrated and whole - that
is the nature of the Great Plan that you created as the Creator, long ago.
No one is lost. All are part of this totality. All are coming home in their
own way, each moment. There are no mistakes; no accidents, only
opportunities.

emotional charge when you grow in self-love enough to create a boundary that
allows you to fly above the emotional devastation you may have experienced
in the past.
Hence, the Law of One quote, "True freedom is seen by those not free as
being negative or evil." And the funny part is that this is often a
transitory stage. When you truly love yourself, and your boundaries emerge
from that place, there is a recognition of truth in the minds and hearts of
others around you. It is then their decision as to whether they will rise to
the occasion and allow that same clarity and respect to vibrate within their
own mind complex, or whether they will withdraw from their pursuit, whatever
it may be.
Yours is a plane often fraught with apparent paradoxes; labyrinths of
complexity seemingly unimaginable by the finite mind. We find an enormous
redundancy in the feelings of utter futility to change one's life for the
positive in so many. Again, this relates back to our earliest discussion
about spiritual flexibility. When you truly learn to love yourself, you also
will recognize when it is time to move on. As to again quote the Law of One,
paraphrased, "To a perfectly balanced entity, there is no such thing as an
emotionally charged situation. There are only two choices. There is the
choice to be of service, or the choice to withdraw from the situation."
Your own flexibility is greatly enhanced when you can meditate on the
concept of obligation. As we said a bit earlier, thinking for yourself and
making your own decisions is a progressive step. So many reach these
paradoxes of thought because they have certain rigid and inflexible codes of
thought and behavior that were created by the feeling of a consensus. It may
be parents, teachers, other authority figures, religious beliefs, et cetera,
but the ultimate point is often the same.
The animal consciousness has an instinctual seeking to fulfill the will of
the Creator. It also has not individuated, and thus does not see the self as
a truly separate, free-thinking mind, with its own free will and
decision-making power. Ask yourself how often, in seeking to know the will
of the Creator, you have consulted your own reasoning above all else as
being the ultimate arbiter of your destiny. When you learn to love yourself,
you also learn how to navigate life's critical courses without falling back
to ridiculous superstitious behaviors that would insist that you are not
qualified to make a decision.
If you feel this way, then rest assured that your Higher Self will go out of
its way to create situations for you wherein the standard, unquestionable
templates of thought and decision-making that you have held will be
challenged. True soul evolution comes in the gray areas, where hard-and-fast
truisms cannot be stated; where there is no easy answer, where you strive
for meaning and wisdom and understanding.
Similarly, the conditions upon your planet at this time create such a
striving that some would simply fall back upon the distorted undertakings of
previous spiritual teachings, in an attempt to gain clarity about that which
is occurring. Others would buy into the suspicions of a media that would
say, at various times, that the Earth Changes are the product of industrial
carbon-dioxide and monoxide emissions, among others. Still others would
insist that nothing is going on; that life is continuing normally, and no
changes are occurring.
It will become increasingly obvious that the changes are indeed occurring.
We ask that you not be infected with the disease of fear as these events
continue accelerating. The greater purpose of these events is to inspire you
to seek the heart within yourself; to learn to love yourself and respect
yourself, and trust in the greater process that is unfolding on your planet
at this time.
As we have said before, greenhouse gases are not the primary cause of what
you are seeing on the Earth. Your solar system has effectively been moving
into a region of your galaxy wherein the fundamental laws of physics, as you
know them, are altered - due to a higher frequency of vibration.
Your scholar known as Albert Einstein expressed how space and time are
indivisible, forming what he called a 'fabric'. In this case, the rise in
vibration that we speak of does also refer to a rise in the speed of time's
passage as you know it. There will continue to be a measurable linearity to
your system of time, as seen in the measurement of the minutes, hours and
days. What you will notice as being different is that the number of
emotionally challenging and uplifting events that you experience will
continue to rise.
This is the timeline that is most important in soul evolution. It is true
forward movement of the timeline of your evolution into the Higher Self that
you will become, in what you think of as the future. These experiences
presented to you by the world, as it moves into this higher frequency, are
not meant to leave you miserable and detached; they are meant to inspire a
greater confidence in that which is occurring.
The apparent conflict and lack of protection from a Higher Power causes you
to seek that power within yourself - to more clearly define your
understanding about what is occurring, to see the sacred subtext that others
have missed when reacting with instinctive fear that causes them to deny
that anything is going on.
What you are really seeing is a collective opening of the heart. And with
that opening comes the revelation of many misbegotten truths, many forgotten
promises, many distortions. You find them in yourself, in others and in your
greater social and political structures.
By moving more and more into love, you need not excise these tumors, but
simply allow them to melt away within yourself. No surgery is required, as
once you do not need these experiences to repeat, because you understand
them, they will naturally fall away and be no more.
This period of intensification does occur until the quantum leap of the 2011
to 2013 vicinity, as was previously stated in the Law of One series. After
this time, the tipping point from third density to fourth density has made
its decisive movement, and the weight of fourth-density becomes greater than
that of third. There is a corresponding change in the physics of matter and
energy as you know it.
This transition does affect the physical body akin to the movement through a
vortex formation. There is nothing painful about this process. There is
absolutely no reason to fear this transformation. It is a shift in
consciousness, a shift in frequency and a shift in the basic nature of
reality as you know it.
It is your choice to trust, and these words, like so many others, will fall
out of the hand of their creator like grains of sand. The forces of personal
inflexibility - those who know it all, and have made up their minds about
what is truth - will have no problem discarding them or seeing their
validity. Yet even a few grains of sand, when properly cultivated, can form
beautiful works of art
This is part of the underlying spiritual message of the Tibetan sand
paintings, wherein various colors of sand are used to create gorgeous
mandalas for the purpose of contemplative meditation. We do not wish you to
turn us into an unquestioned source of authority either, if that is where
you are leaning. Rather, look at the evidence that is presented, and
continues to be presented before you. Consider the greater context as seen
in the workings of David and others like him, and then ask yourself, "What
is truth?"
Be willing to open yourself to the possibility that guidance will come. You
may have a vision or a dream, or a synchronicity with seeing numbers appear
that have meaning to you, such as on a clock or a license plate, or the
odometer in a car, et cetera. You are not divorced from your Higher Self; it
is always around you, and when you can still the mind, relax and move into
the trust of love, you will find that from gentleness comes understanding;
from your own safety in the sanctity of your being comes a foundation that
lets you know that that safety extends throughout all creation.
You are eternal. You are everywhere and everywhen. You are the Love. You are
the Light. You are the One Infinite Creator. You are indivisible. Your
experience will continue to grow more and more integrated and whole - that
is the nature of the Great Plan that you created as the Creator, long ago.
No one is lost. All are part of this totality. All are coming home in their
own way, each moment. There are no mistakes; no accidents, only
opportunities.

it is truly beyond your ability to imagine. We now return this body to the
