spring inspired poem

i am a question in search of my mark

my soul expanded from ayahuasca bark

how can i express the beauty that i feel?
how can i point with words to that which is real?

i feel like a simple spring flower
i choose laughter as the ultimate power
equally joyful in both sunshine and shower

beauty tames the beast just as love casts out fear
for those that have eyes to see, beauty is always near
when you listen to the silence it all becomes clear
like sleeping beauty encased within a glass mirror
the eternal echo of silence is the beauty i hear

phi is beautiful and beautiful is phi
a ratio of truth, no phi-losopher can deny
an intelligent pattern that never does die
it only transforms like the blink of an eye
as mayans we knew it as the galactic butterfly
phi seeks to know itself always wondering who am i?
when love is shared freely i can?t help but just cry
my heart beats to this ratio and my heart does not lie

it is within a flower, it is within a bee
it is within the pollen, yes even the honey
it is within the seashell, it is within the flea
it is within the fractal of a branching out tree
it is within every creature no matter land, air or sea
it is within the smallest atom, it within the grandest galaxy
it is within the very cells that combine to form my body
it is within the rivers, it is within the waves
it is within the mountains, it is within the caves
it is within the great pyramid, it is within all of light
it is within plato?s solids that form everything in sight
it is within classical music, it is within all great art
i wouldn?t even be surprised if it was in a smelly fart
