hello group,
i have years of national geographics, going back to 1985 and a few books from
previous years. i love geo's science, geography and human life drama. it is also
online at nationalgeographic.com .
the february 2006 magazine studies our chemical changes when we are in
love....really interesting. here is a short quote from the introduction:
""people experiencing romantic love, it turns out, have a chemical profile in
their brains similar to that of people who suffer from obsessive-compulsive
disorder....love, it seems, lights up certain areas of the brain and releases
chemicals that provoke hyperactivity, recklessness, and exhilaration."
ah, hah! now we understand:). lol here is the main article:
http://www7.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/0602/feature2/index.html
this url may change as they add later months to the online information, so if
you access this post in say a month from noe, you may have to search on geo.
enjoy! chris
