i lived in los angeles for a year and a half and i know of one health
food store which was in venice, around the corner from the novel
cafe...(212 pier avenue santa monica 310.396,8566 www.novelcafe.com)
while i was there i sang in the cor cymraeg de califfornia
(welsh choir of southern ca.) and it was wonderful! they usually do a
st. david's day concert (march i think.) they usually bring a harpist
and soloist from wales. it's usually quite a musical feast. i was
surprised to find that my time there was quite peaceful, happy and
constructive.
