hey guys i just thought of an awesome idea to increase resonance.
i was in the shower earlier and i was thinking about how ra talks
about spiriling energies and i was comically reminded of the main
character in the movie "zoolander" how he could not "turn left" and i
wondered, if someone was to keep their energies in mind and make it a
habbit to turn in a particular direction they might have a
significant impact on their resonance and thought patterns with
respect to polarity. it seems a little idiosyncratic so maybe just
adding spall parts like, while in the shower ;like i was, rub in the
circles of the proper direction. if you think about how many times a
day we make a turning motion of some sort it would be interesting to
see how much turning just one direction rather than two would effect
polarity.
the only problem is that i can't remember exactly what ra said was
the proper direction for positive polarity(clockwise vs.
counterclockwise). or was it different for each energy
vortex/chakra? anyone rememeber this?
good journey
