hey everyone,

i'm using the adobe premiere pro software to put the dvd materials
together. in order to do some of the more cool stuff with it, you also
have to be a master of photoshop, as you can import layered photoshop
documents and then tweak each layer for animation in premiere pro. so,
nonetheless, i have been running myself through an exhaustive crash
course in photoshop.

i decided that the most effective way to practice some of the new
techniques was to design a new web logo. in the future i plan a more
complete site overhaul, but this at least gets the ball rolling. i'm
pleased with it as it suggests crop circles without directly showing
one, and it suggests sacred geometry without blatantly advertising that
either, as it might scare some folks away.

also i restored the visibility of the hit counter and was happy to see
that it has continued clocking the hits even for the month or two where
it had not been visible to the eye. we're over the 400,000 mark now.

i wanted the logo to express the positive nature of what is going on,
the fact that it is a new beginning. i'd be interested to hear your
thoughts.

i have a way of getting things done when staying up really late. [4:44.

hi one & all,

first to david, i think the graphics look great but more importantly i like
the idea that you are considering the symbolism on a more subtle level. this
imho makes the material far less confronting too many and enables them a
more mediated entry into the law of one philosophy. i find when i point
people towards the direction of the ra material etc it is something that has
to be done with a significant amount of consideration. lets face it not many
people entertain their multidimensional nature let alone the levels of
interaction this could mean. having said that i real feel that i am having
people guided to me so that i can show them where i found some of the gems
that have helped me along my own path. it is a great source of personal
pleasure to be able to work in this way.

with respect to the solar flare activity i would like to make a few points.
first the sun actually has a 22 year cycle but every 11 years the magnetic
poles flip 180 degrees and it is during this period that the solar flare
activity increases. the last cycle ended a couple of years ago and hence the
reason why it is unusual that the activity is increasing now where a
decrease in activity would be expected.

another interesting idea i came across came from a local acquaintance
(chris), who has multiple degrees in geophysics, astronomy, mathematics etc.
he has almost finished a paper on the impact that ice ages (re change in sea
levels) have on the speed of the rotation of the earth. if memory serves me
correctly it amounted to as much as 11 arc seconds per annum (this could be
wrong i.e. it may be a month/day etc). this could provide significant
variations to astronomical observations over time. it also means that the
number of days in a year would change for earth. if others are interested i
will try and get a copy of his paper once it is finished. the funny thing
with chris is he is a straight scientist and doesn't entertain anything
unless it is published in one of the main science journals, yet i have had
one dream with him in it where we were both being shown the earth's energy
grid from a spaceship. interesting what one allows to their conscious
awareness but that is another issue of course:-)
