hi all,

wondering if david or anyone else could provide some tips to keeping
a dream journal. i started one a while ago but i think i was putting
in just too much detail and so it was taking a lot of time out of my
day.

i started a new one this week, and am now keeping it pretty brief.
just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.. things i should focus
on, feelings, emotions, or the events that happen. i havent even
begun to analyze them yet. i will soon, once i get into a bit of a
pattern.

alsoi i have a new website up at www.alzimach.net its still wip as i
update the content. its very interactive, meaning users can submit
particles etc. has a large forum base etc. i am looking for so co-
sysops to help run it and handle the various areas, keep them up to
date.

i cover a range of topics from ancient history to science and
technology.

regards

i do not put down my dreams into print.
but what i remember first from them after avaikening
is this:

1. color
2. mood/feeling (dampening or light)
3. if they are "directed" or "odd"

what i find that works for me, and i'm quite a vivid dreamer. is simply to
write down a few key descripive words or phrases and when i reread at at a later
time the entire dream comes back to me.
