"silent lucidity" by queensyche always gives
me goosebumps and the lyrics are very deep
(or is it just me?)

karen,
welcome to the list.
regarding your comment on silent lucidity, i,
too, resonate with that song deeply. i first
heard it on a mtv video years ago and was
immediately spell-bound by it, visually and
musically.
last night, i was at a local concert and one
of my friends was doing his headliner
performance--my first time that i had heard
him perform. wow. i was totally blown away
with his deep, reverberating harmonics that
he managed to squeeze out of his guitar.
some of the harmonics lightly mimicked the
universal harmonics that i am blessed to hear
internally and i almost fell over in a deep
reverie with his music.
regarding dreamstar (doomstar...may i address
you as "dreamstar", as suggested by another
one on this list?), i truly appreciate and
echo other people's beautifully-expressed
comments to your (dreamstar's) posts; also, i
appreciate your posts, though they have
pushed my old curmudgeon's buttons. i find
that many posts represent the unspoken
thoughts of many on this list, not to mention
the world, thus many posts on this list are
catalytic for many people on this excellent
list. thank you for your catalysts,
dreamstar and keep on catalyzing us.
congrats on setting a new record of 110
questions in 16 days. <g> ah, the energy and
passion of youth. in so many ways, young
people are truly fun. i have learned to
truly appreciate you, dreamstar.
regarding the law of one series of books, i
have tried without success to buy them in a
local bookstore. i cannot order the books
online since i have no credit cards, so i
wonder if someone could kindly work out a
deal with me by creating an agreement to send
me all five books, plus the study guide that
jeremy mentioned in a previous post, if you
have it. i can send a money order for the
full amount of the value of the books, plus
shipping and a handling fee desired--so
please contact me offlist, if any of you feel
moved to do so.
regarding christ, (thank you, chris, for your
corrections on my post on this topic--it's
been ten years since i last read seth speaks,
so i guess that i'm due for an update), i am
very open to the idea of jesus, the man
existing, but i insist that the biblical
christ did not exist as portrayed in the
bloody bible. if jesus the man were to
exist, then he will have been born not of a
virgin, but of normal birth; that he lived a
long time on the planet and traveled all
over, as suggested by some books that have
extensive documentations, such as the "bible
fraud" book and others; that jesus the man
helped stage a fake crucifixtion, as
suggested by seth speaks, if i recall his
comments correctly and so on. the biblical
jesus is a myth, fer chrissakes (humorous pun
intended); jesus the man can certainly be for
real and i will be very delighted if this
were really so.

imperfection
[end quote]
that's perfect, pat!
thank you mawk and intelligentinfinity for
your supportive posts on my "civil liberties"
post.
