hello group , i send a pm to spiral to agree with the color and shape to send , but also told her about what we really want to do with this exercise. our two sisters ally and lala are having some problems and will not be with us this time but let me tell you something, i don't know if anyone on the forum are experiencing some kind of interference i exactly don't know what is it but i am feeling a great pressure in my heart chakra. and let's don't forget all the major changes that are happening in the world right know. this exercise is a way for us to be connected to each other and that means that what ever happens to one of us the other will feel it , the same way we create and image and the other see it , so ally and lala and the rest of the world you are not alone in this , in fact we are not alone any more our feelings , emotions all of what we are is merging and in the end we will be what ra have show us to be as (one).

may all my love and light be yours in this transforming days , even as i write this words some tears came out to express all the love i feel and need to give to each one in this forum and the rest of the world. thanks nancy to encourage me to write this down and a big hug to you. namaste

this exercise is a way for us to be connected to each other and that means that what ever happens to one of us the other will feel it , the same way we create and image and the other see it , so ally and lala and the rest of the world you are not alone in this , in fact we are not alone any more our feelings , emotions all of what we are is merging and in the end we will be what ra have show us to be as (one).

i also have had a lot of negative greetings in the last several days, well weeks. it is quite difficult to get into a satisfactory meditational state. when i say negative greetings, i don't mean that i myself have experience troublesome experiences but those around me have been taken with undesired outcomes. my dearest friend discovered after having a petscan last week that her cancer is spreading. this is a person who has overcome 5 different pronouncements in the last 7 years that she was terminal and had a short while to live. she is indeed an overcomer, who sends unconditional love to the negative greetings she continues to attract. her spirituality is sublime and she radiates a golden aura that captivates all who are in her presence.

my brother had a cataract surgery last monday. in order for him to do this he had to stop taking coumadin which he has been taking due to two different massive blood clots in his legs, the last one, this last spring. now that the eye surgery is successfully accomplished he has to get his blood viscosity back to an acceptable level. 6 days of administrating lovomox injections for him (i have a phobia for needles) has not returned his level to where it should be. it will require another series of injections. in love i will continue to do what is needed.

this being said, i add to that, that meditation has been difficult as there is a very high amount of psychic chatter going on. even on positive websites the negative effluvium is rampant. time is accelerating so quickly that one cannot even comprehend what is happening before it changes again.

thus, in this last 4 days here is what i have received after sending love and light and compassion and extending my arms of comfort around all of us, and breathing sacred love to and from all of us.

first i was receiving a square, filled with golden light. perhaps a yellow square. then it was the wave sign, bright electric blue. it alternated between these images. i also dreamed of a tornado which is a vortex or an inverted triangle, this was orange in color. so you see i had much extraneous "stuff" coming in.

perhaps i missed what your were sending completely but it was an interesting 4 days to say the least. my dreams were much more vivid and rememberable than usual. i usually have difficulty remembering anything i dream but i am beginning to recall clearly at least the last portions of them now. now i need to be able to interpret what my subconscious is attempting to relate to me.

berry you are not alone in all this , what ever affects you it does for me as well. i have a sister shes is having a battle with cancer too , i try to speak with my mother about that and the way i see it , the way i see it is that what she is living right now works as a catalyst for her to develop her own spiritual grow. in fact i wish every day that all this ends right now , it is very difficult for me to see all that she is passing trough and i don't know what to do or help except sending love and light. i know we all need to walk a path in order to evolve , but some of those path are harder than other and like i say i sometimes don't know what to do to help only to send love and light and pray that she pass all this. i know all this turmoil and events we are living are meant to be and as far i know its only the beginning. i really wish all this to pass very fast , its not easy to see my sisters , brothers , friends passing over all this test and the only thing i can do is send love , light and wait , sometimes i wish i could do more than that. i understand the way you are feeling berry with all this exercises we are creating a connection in some level and sometimes what you feel i feel it too. for you my friend and brother all the love and light i can create and that the love of the one reach your heart and help you pass all this. your are not alone anymore you have us now :). namaste

hi berry,

we sent a green triangle.... so receiving an orange triangle is not bad considering all the extraneous information pushing in from all directions. it's interesting that you received it in a dream.

the recent unusual 'pressure' (for lack of a better description) of so much incoming vibration/information was the reason i opted to send rather than receive this week. i had difficulty receiving clearly last week, too, in a way that was similar to what you describe.

this is an interesting experiment, made more so by the interesting times we are in. :) and, as odiseo pointed out, the love and light that unifies us in this process is a beautiful side effect.

dear group,

i want to share with you some things that i have been quite of avoiding sharing until today because i really don’t like it….

i am (physically) the daughter of a brazilian bankers family, since i remember thinking, i always had a very different “point of view” in comparison to the rest of this family that i somehow chose to be born in this world, i have been living under my own beliefs regardless of the punishments that they could impose on me… and it has, of course, been difficult, but until some days ago i was confident about being able to promote changes (no boundaries) and being in the energy of love at the same time.

what happened these last days, in my personal experience, is a feeling of - no way out… i cannot live like them and i cannot live in peace without them either…. and i began to enter in a suicidal wanting, not in action but in thoughts, i began focusing in only one thing: i want to get out of here….. and the only way out, with dignity, i could think about was dying from a “natural” disease like cancer or heart attack…

i’m feeling better now, i hadn’t felt the “no way out” sensations today, and, today, i came back to my work (i am a psychoanalyst and my daily work is with cancer suffering people, i work to help them find a reason to stay….)

well i don’t know what tomorrow will brig, but it makes me feel better to believe that: whether we decide to stay or to leave, there is no right or wrong… only learning…….

hang in there, honey! the negatives are working overtime these days, and it seems that they are working extra hard targeting those who are full of love and light to share with others. (that's you!)

you are a valuable light worker. you have made me feel better so many times by your up-lifting presence on this discussion forum.

even your career path is evidence that you are gifted in shining your love/light on those who may need it the most as they deal with a devastating dis-ease.

this is the mother in me speaking: you must take loving care of your self, too! surround yourself with a white light of loving protection and strength. you are the most talented and intuitively gifted one in our little group... use your own precious inner abilities to strengthen your core and to balance your chakras for your own inner harmony. (i'm pming you with more suggestions and visualizations.)

i breathe my sacred love to you as i inhale your sacred love. you are a very beloved person and reflect that love to all of us.
what i hear in your comments above is that you are yearning to go home. our real home which is not this 3rd density world we perceive as realitly. you gave yourself a job to do before you encarnated into this life, and your higher self will help you remember that job as it already is beginning to do but it also is reminding you of where you, indeed all of us came from.

hey guys!! i'm new to all of this. i'm sorry to interupt your thread but was wondering how you got started doing all of this. i would like to learn how to meditate. i watched a couple of videos on youtube on how to but its different when your trying to do this on your own. its also hard to find a group of people to talk to about this stuff without getting looked at as a nut case. i really dont know what to look for while trying to meditate and i get exited/ impatient while trying to do this. there is a lot of information that kinda all hit me at once about all this so i'm still trying to get mentaly adjusted to it all. thanks for reading this and hope to hear from you guys soon.

i really dont know what to look for while trying to meditate and i get exited/ impatient while trying to do this. there is a lot of information that kinda all hit me at once about all this so i'm still trying to get mentaly adjusted to it all. .

i'm afraid impatience will only hinder your progress :)... you'll find that it's all about patience because progress can sometimes feel very slow.

discipline will work the best for you, so if you can set aside time every day, even if it is only 10 or 15 minutes to start, you will gradually find yourself progressing.

you could also look for a local meditation group to join if you feel that going it alone is not working for you.

thanks for the information guys!! it helped a lot. the information made the process a lot more simple!! i actually look forward to trying to meditate, it's better than a good book. i am gonna have to steady my thoughts becouse i think a lot and talk to myself and always trying to figure my problems out. but never the less its gonna take some practice and some easy breathing and clear thoughts. thanks for being so nice and understanding. i would like to keep in touch with you guys and let you know how i progress. i would like to add a tip just incase anyone gets stressed... i found it helps me calm down if i make a hot cup of green tea, sit outside and listen to nature. :d

our little meditation/experiment team has just conferred on the sidelines to plan a course of action for the next couple of weeks. we have agreed to unify our focus to send pure love and light and positive energy to each other, to all light workers everywhere, and to gaia in these trying times.

we won't be sending psi images this week, instead it will be the positive energizing light that shines from each of us to all of you.

hi gang,

we've been discussing the seeming interference we were experiencing during our meditation, blaming it on everything from negative greetings (perhaps) to world affairs, (very likely), personal stressors, (by all means) and physical ailments (possible).

last night when i was meditating, this discussion was an intial thought as i was grounding and opening to my quiet place within. i became the observer self and noted what it was that my mind was chattering about.

first it was memories of the day, flashes of what was said, done etc, then some thoughts about the medical condition of my brother and how he had improved or not improved in the last week. i was able to quiet these, then i began thinking about what i was needing to do tomorrow, how i was going to approach this and that and such things. i allowed this to come to an end and again centered on the sacred now. i was at this time able to move into a more deeply meditative state and experience the silence....for a few brief moments.[i was wide open to what was to come.] and then with no personal thought, i began getting chatter which had nothing whatsoever to do with anything i may have been concerned or knowlegdable about. it was like one sided conversations about going to the food bank, or making train connections, and other strange monologues which i didn't even comprehend. all this was associated with images of things i had not personally seen. this continued intermittantly for a while until i set up a veil of white light around me and was then able to get into the silence for a while.

i have in the past noted such things but didn't give it much thought, thinking it was just imagination and conscious dreaming. after our messages yesterday and in previous days about the difficulties we have been experiencing with meditation and connecting, i realized something that had not occured to me before but to which i have read references.

we are going through changes in this process of evolving toward 4th density. ra mentions that our dna will acutally exibit changes. ( i don't immediately have references). but one thing which has been consistant in transmissions is that we will become very much more sensitive and "psychically" attuned. i was reading something just the last few days ago which david wrote i believe, that mentioned that he had chosen to move to a very rural area in california in order to get away from all of the psychic chatter in the closeness of his urban apartment.

so in light of all of this, i am planning to try to shield myself when i intend to meditate, for the purpose of limiting this extraneous mental chatter which is out of my control. i can handle my past, future thoughts but i can't stop other peoples thought from intruding on my quiet time. the problem is....if david wilcock couldn't shield himself from such phychic litter, how do we. i am as i did last night going to use light barriers with spoken intentions for closing out that external noise. nancy and alfredo, if you have any ideas about this, please chime in and perhaps we can refine our linked meditations a little better.

good advice, berry. i always do visualizations when i meditate for protection from negative greetings and the psychic chatter that you mention. and sometimes, i use the technique when i'm not meditating just to protect myself in interactions throughout the day. maybe a good motto would be: 'don't leave home without it.' :)

i am so happy to realize the strength that unites our little group, meaning the seriousness and loving care that you all have responded to my “childish” last post, i say childish because when i read it again, it seems like a little child crying because someone said “no you cannot do this”…
i am at the same time concerned about this seriousness, and i need to tell you that even if this little baby cries for freedom, i am absolutely aware that this sort of actions only keeps us from the so-called wanted and not allowed “whatever”
in my case, i still coming back to this (urgent) wanting to see my family believing in all this that we discuss here… i really want them to be free from the power wanting that took them to this “powerful” place… however that would be trying to have “power” over what they believe and want… ah la la this can get so confusing to me lately, to all of us i guess
i need to reassure you, my dear dear friends that i was exaggerating when i wrote those “fatalists” words, i am in perfect health, as i have always been, and my little inner voice, even if it has wanted to “go home” for ever, tells me that i will only be there in love never in a childish complaining ego-like discourse…

i love you all more than words can say, and be sure that your loving energies was fully received and it’s coming back added to a new learning and to a stronger wanting to see only love all around the world!!!!!!

with all of my heart, i send my infinite love to you as our creator holds you always in its ever present love. you are a intergral part of this group and i want you to know that you are also an important and influential part of all that is. you my dear lala are a co-creator of your reality. i needn't tell you this. you already know it! rejoice in the fact that you do have the ability to choose how you want to experience this life.

now, so you can understand what has been happening, (i have been given guidance) we are experiencing a surge of psychic energy which is disorienting all of us during this time. each of us in the group have had difficulties in the last week to ten days of one sort or another. it is not a negative psychic greeting,,, it is an increased awareness of the psychic chatter which is around us all the time and which is suddenly becoming assaulting to our consciousness. we are feeling, hearing, indeed seeing what those around us are going through in this stressful time. most of them don't know how to deal with the traumatic social/political/economic upheavals which are happening now as a results of the great shift. so there is terror, fear, discouragement, anger and desparation being projected all around us. when we are going into meditation and are "open" to our higher self, we are also open to these extraneous emotions and thoughts which are being generated around us and unknowingly allow them to influence our own belief patterns.

i am trying to discover some way to set up a shield so that when we are meditating we won't be assaulted by this innocent but devastating onslaught of negative thoughts. just this week i read an article that david wilcock wrote telling how he was choosing to move to a rural area away from the city to get away from the din of phychic chatter. it seems that he was successful in his move and was relieved from the noise. i must find out if there is a way to block the chatter without moving. i already live outside the city but it appears that there is an awful lot of stressed out thoughts going on around me.

so dear lala, rest in peace, joy and love knowing that it is not neccessarily your emotions and thought which brought you to the feeling you experienced the last few days.

i hear you loud and clearly, lala. there is not one in my family or circle of friends who is open to discussing any of this right now either.... it kind of makes you want to hit them up side the head, doesn't it? :eek: ...just kidding :d

but, be patient. this knowledge and the decision to accept or reject it are most assuredly matters of free will and we must not force our beliefs... instead, the chaotic times we are in will gradually force those we love, our family and friends with their 'heads in the sand' to finally wake up, sit up and take notice and start to ask what is really going on. that will be your moment to shine because you will be able to answer with incredible insight and love.

living the law of one now and sharing the love/light in your daily life will make you stand out in the crowds around you like a beacon. now is the time to keep building yourself up so that your strength will carry you through to the time when those you love may be turning to you for the answers that you obviously have.

lala most of this turmoil will be a catalyst for many people. i have same problem with family too and what did i do, prepare the best i can for when the times comes. don't worry all the people you see not believe , they will do at their own pace , when they witness all the major changes in our planet and start asking questions , then you will have the answer and will help them. but until them simply keep watching , learning as much as you can and you will see that the time to help those you love will come very soon. much love and light to you , namaste.

great berry , very good info and advice from david. i don't know what it's been going on in the last days but there is a lot i mean a lot of interference , i have like 2 days that i can't sleep , well only today i could sleep for 4 hours and didn't rest much, i don't feel tired but not in good mood. also have felt a very stron pain right in the middle of my chest but it is gone now. if all this meant to happen so this world could change let me tell you for what i feel it will be a very rough ride. i'll try to follow david's advice and to all of you much love and light, namaste.

i had indeed noticed that any “accomplishment” was only possible when i was meditating in deep peace and love…
for these last days, i decided to take some vacations to be in nature, where i can realign with this all loving energy more quickly… i just love being there, and i believe it’s the best thing i can do for the moment

odiseo, i have been experiencing the same thing. last night, i woke up at 1:00am and could not get back to sleep until 4:00am. :rolleyes:

i guess we're experience growing pains as we progress further toward 4d. no one ever said it would be an easy ride...so, fasten your seatbelts. we're on our way!

wow a lot has been going on thats good :)

it's funny because i have been sending you guys and mother earth and everyone in general love and light so i guess i'm right in line with what has been the focus lately. i've been reading the thread so i know about everyones issues. i've also been praying that if you all so choose you may be guided and helped to see these challenges as catalysts for growth and positive change.

i'm doing fine and will continue to participate in the sending of love and light to all my beautiful brothers and sisters on this beautiful planet

p.s. lala i must say that you have always come across as so positive and loving and have made me smile many times you are so darn cute :) you inspire me to stay focused and i know what you mean about acting like a "baby" that is something i have really realized i do too much and am working on changing my behavior

greeting in the love and light of the one creator, my dear friends.

nancy, it is strange that you mentioned the experience of the late night awakening. last night i also was awakened around 12:30 and was several hours getting back to sleep. i was assaulted by guilt and self punishment for stuff that i am aware of and have already dealt with. this i am sure was a negative greeting, because last night before bed i spent a good deal of time in deep meditation and prayer to the extent that i am rarely able to accomplish. a rich and grace filled time to be sure. it was as if i was coming too close to an epiphany and the entity was drawn to greet me with negative thoughts attempting to nullify the advance i made last night. i spent much time after awakening, in gentle breathing exercises, thoughts of love, thanksgiving and peace and eventually was able to move out of the feeling of negative greeting and went back to sleep.

it was as you are aware a full moon last night as well. and that i am certain has made us all a little more sensitive to such things.

i continue to send loving, light filled and nurturing thoughts to all of you and to our global family and to our galactic family as well.

hmmmm... seems like there are too many similarities to ignore them as coincidences (both within our little group and within the dc forums.)

i'm sure that one day we will look back on all of this and know exactly what was happening. for now, i think i am comfortable with the notion that as each of us is progressing toward 4d/5d we are experiencing these noticeable side effects.

so far, there has been nothing happening that i cannot deal with because, along with the these 'side effects,' i am grounded in the knowledge that progress is definitely being made.

there is a very important week ahead, nine days from tonight to be exact, following which much of our illusion of reality will change. i propose that we all focus our attention and spirit energy on the election which is already going on and will finalize on tuesday nov. 4. i realize that this appears to be an american happening, but, the outcome will influence very strongly the whole world.

may i humbly suggest that we send love/light to the population of the us to take their right of choice, listen to their higher self and vote between now (for those who are able) and tuesday nov. 4. this is the oportunity which all have been waiting for to begin the change which is part of the great shift leading to 2012.

well looks like we are living great transformations. last night i was watching the news and all the election process , when they declare obama winner i truly felt a great relief , lot of love , i didn't imagine in my life i saw so many people together , different age, gender , different ethnics, i mean it was wonderful. when few of the presents where interview , there was a word that few of them mention, they said that they where truly (one). when i heard that word and still does , i feel like some chill, electricity all over me , this is awesome , how much the world consciousness is growing , is uniting. i feel like all our prayers and meditation did work , is working and now more than ever we need to keep this going. there may be great challenges to come in the next few years but with all this love together what ever inconvenience ,obstacles and all sort of turmoil appears if we are all together humanity can overcome all this. much love and light to you all , namaste.

in the last few days i had made a list of positive changes i desire to see in our world with the coming shift. i spent some time contemplating them, rewrote them to emphasise the thoughts in my mind and intentions and last night (on the 13th) i went out, under a wonderful full moon, and burned the list, sending the intentions rising to the universe on wisps of smoke. what a joyous feeling overcame me as i saw those intentions rising and joining so many others who were doing similar rituals.

greetings my friends,

ok, i was getting mixed images over the last couple of days. it is as if you were sending two symbols instead of one. what i kept getting over and over was the combination of a triangle and a circle, most often the triangle inside of the circle. so i will be happy to know what was sent. i wouldn't be surprised if you sent something completely different. i had a lot of interference.

btw, i have been experiencing some unusual situations with my meditation. i enter a very pleasant but not deep state of meditation and abide in the silence for a while, and then i find myself into a deep state, totally disconnected from the physical. normally i spend 30 to 40 minutes in meditation but recently i have discovered when i return to normal consciousness, as much as two hours have passed. it as if i have fallen asleep, but i was not asleep as i was aware at some level of my meditation. this has even happened with me sitting in a semi lotus position.. it is difficult to fall asleep sitting up with ones legs crossed. hmmm.

i am wondering if this is not a matter of entering the theta state of consciousness. here is a short discussion of that.

"going deeper into relaxation, you enter the elusive and mysterious theta state where brain activity slows almost to the point of sleep, but not quite. theta is the brain state where magic happens in the crucible of your own neurological activity. theta brings forward heightened receptivity, flashes of dreamlike imagery, inspiration, and your long-forgotten memories. theta can bring you deep states of meditation. a sensation of "floating." and, because it is an expansive state, in theta, you may feel your mind expand beyond the boundaries of your body.

theta rests directly on the threshold of your subconscious. in biofeedback, it is most commonly associated with the deepest levels of meditation. theta also plays an important part in behavior modification programs and has been used in the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction. finally, theta is an ideal state for super-learning, re-programming your mind, dream recall, and self-hypnosis.

theta waves range between 4-7 hz. theta is one of the more elusive and extraordinary realms we can explore. it is also known as the twilight state which we normally only experience fleetingly as we rise up out of the depths of delta upon waking, or drifting off to sleep. in theta, we are in a waking dream, vivid imagery flashes before the mind's eye and we are receptive to information beyond our normal conscious awareness. theta has also been identified as the gateway to learning and memory. theta meditation increases creativity, enhances learning, reduces stress and awakens intuition and other extrasensory perception skills."

has anybody had an experience like this or have any comments on what may be happening?

odiseo and i just started sending to you together a couple of days ago. before that, i had been sending for about 24 hours on my own.

do you want us to continue to send for another day or so? or should we end it now?

the experience of losing time that you mention has happened to me, too. but not when meditating. i have had it happen when i'm listening to certain cd's or audios (including some of david w's). i seem to go away somewhere and completely lose track of time. it's not a real sleep state though, but more like an absence from consciousness.

i have found it frustrating because i am usually trying to pay attention to what i'm listening to...and then, all of a sudden, i'm gone.

could that possibly be moving into the theta state? i don't know... according to the definition, theta state promotes understanding and recall, and i'm not aware of consciously understanding or recalling anything that i hear during that period. maybe it is being downloaded into my subconscious mind.

any thoughts or ideas about this from anyone else here on the dc discussion groups would be greatly appreciated.

nancy, i think you have the idea there. my experience is much as was yours, a sort of "checking out" of regular consciousness, but not as you say asleep, for i am still at some level self-aware. another thing, when i return to a normal state, i am alert, not at all as if i am waking up from a nap, and it is sudden, like a snap of a rubber band. it is possible that i am astral traveling and doing things that this physical body/mind is not invovled in.

my reiki master is the person who initially told me about the theta state and says that it is a strong assist in the healing process. he has told me that he often performs reiki while in theta state,(not intentionally) not even aware of his working but that the recipient confirms that the process was completed and that results were achieved.

i think there is much to learn about this state of consciousness. and i too would like to hear from anyone who is more knowledgable about it.

these are my thoughts, so use your discretion...

regarding the theta state (4-8 hz), this is where contemplative meditation takes place, along with the obe, etc. (depending upon which definition you have, alpha starts at 8.0 and up. i do believe there is some overlap, depending upon the individual's consciousness at that moment).

concentrative (or creative) meditation occurs in high beta. (i read once it was like 33 hz or something!).

i don't know where tm occurs - i remember once seeing a wave comparison of tm meditation vs. concentrative buddhist monk meditation (or something like that). it was essentially a smooth coherent wave vs. jagged "wild" wave, respectively. again, going on memory here, so use your discretion...

one of the more interesting correlations i found with the theta state was a possible "link" to the schumann resonance, based solely on numbers and basic physics principles. one can do a simple search and get all sorts of information, but again, use your discretion.

i like to think that when our brain waves match the schumann resonance (in high theta) around 7.8 hz, that we are "in sync" with the em field of earth, which allows us to sync up with our sun, or galaxy, etc. possibly also allows us to consciously receive info (contemplative meditation), etc., from these fields (astral?, who knows?) i agree with it being downloaded into our subconscious, only to be recalled at a later time...

nancy, when one looks at the learning process, most of it is done when we are in this state. it is where the neural networks between information are connected. don't confuse this with "classroom learning" - its an internal process of the mind; assimilating information into coherence, that we're not necessarily conscious of (since it happens during the sleep phase). if i remember correctly, i once read that we are our most intuitive just before sleep and when we first wake up. affirmations are a good tool here - ya know the saying, don't go to be angry!

one could get pretty obsessed with this, trying to make connections that may or may not be there.

essentially you have observed the phenomena and its effects. the question would be "how did it make you feel?" its difficult to know the effects of theta mediation because the results aren't necessarily immediate. however, information that may be "downloaded" per se, comes to you in your imagination, your daydreams, etc., days, weeks, months later. its tough to say...

i agree berry, there is much to be learned from this state, however, consciousness studies are very difficult to approach objectively. nonetheless, keep searching.

anyways, those are my thoughts at the moment. hope they help.

lala, you were with us whether you knew it or not. you are one with all. i guess we both have a fixation of triangles. especially gold ones. i have a lucid dream a last year regarding a golden triangle which became a tetrahedron which then became a pentachoron.

hmmmm... i think i feel just 'absent' whenever this happens...as if in a very deep sleep. as berry says, it doesn't feel like true sleep because when you snap out of it there is no sleepiness or effort required to become fully awake even though i feel very rested and relaxed. and, what is most frustrating is that i cannot consciously remember anything that i have been listening to at that point. anyway, it will be interesting to see if any of the information taken in while in this state does re-appear to me in various ways over time.

second, david emphasises that we should study dreams which we get such as the one i posted and which lala describes. there are messages for us from our higher selves. it would be nice to know that symbolisms involved with the images we receive. those which i have found in so called dream books are so inane that i can't accept most of it. but then i haven't read one of those in a long while. maybe it would be more in line now than it was so many years ago.

and speaking of dream, i have been getting some strange ones recently. last night was particularly strange, not fearful but just wierd. i even remember most of it but will have to make notes before i comment on it.

i read today that ascension will not be so much a matter of moving toward the creator as it will be the creator becoming manifest within each of us where it has always been. i find that i have no fear, illusions of doom, jitteryness because of what is happening because i am observing the colapse of the old paradigm to make way for what is to come in the 4d world which is imminent.

guys, observe the very closest full moon of the year tonight and tomorrow night which is the exact full moon. let us resolve those issues that were made obvious during the new moon of nov. 27.

i just returned from a wonderful 2-week cruise from australia to new zealand and back, with stops at several new zealand ports and ending with an awesome day spent cruising through fijord land on the south island... incredible mountains, one after another, with sheer cliffs plunging into the ocean, crashing waves, pristine waterfalls, penguins, seals, albatross, whales, blazing sun setting into the tasman sea. i'm speechless... really. words cannot begin to describe the awesome natural beauty that i saw. even my camera couldn't capture it.

but, all good things do come to an end, so i'm back in my own little corner of the world and it's good to be back among you.

when are we firing up to do another experiment? any ideas or suggestions?

this is indeed a delicious group, and doing the experiment is very pleasant and very exciting. we have been connected, in the wanting and working to bring the telepathies abilities into the light of this group, for over a year now!

hey there ben,

i think we are just about ready to get the engine running again here. odiseo mentioned yesterday that we need to start again after the holiday lull.

a brief description of what we have been doing is this. there are 3 kinds of participants in the experiment, senders, receivers and supporters/observers. when we decide to do a three or four day session, we each choose what "position" we want to occupy, either sender, receiver or supporter. then the sender and supporter agree between themselves what image is going to be sent (via pm). the receivers are not told. starting at an agreed time/day the sender will spend time in meditation and energy work visualizing that image and focusing it at the receivers. the supporter is building energy to amplify and strengthen the sender and the receiver and the receiver is meanwhile spending time in meditation opening up to receive whatever image is being sent. all this with a sense of loving oneness which is developed among the participants.

following the difined time, the receivers will report their experience and what ever was impressed on them about the image. and then we discuss the exercise. simple as that.

odiseo, spiral of light, lala, allykat, are you all there listening in? what say we start another exercise begining this friday evening? maybe ben will agree to participate. i will be a receiver this time.

i'm ready to do another experiment...and it looks like we might all be back from our holiday travels and ready to fire one up. (except maybe ally)

so, does anyone have any ideas about when you want to start? and what role you would like to play? i'm open to suggestions and ready to go.

ben, we used to be a little more structured than we are now and found it difficult to get ourselves together simultaneously because we are so scattered around the planet.

now, we just include our experiment in our daily meditations, whenever they take place and it seems to work perfectly.

we choose our role for each experiment on a voluntary basis. sometimes, we send, and sometimes we receive. things seem to go smoother when we have a neutral booster/observer who simply helps to send and also gathers whatever observations may arise.

the senders & observer pm each other privately to decide what the image will be for the week.

please don't hesitate to ask questions...looking forward to you joining us.

ok, guys,
i guess i have to break the ice. i know that there is a lot of excitement with obama's inauguration today and i have a meditation revelation regarding that too. but as for the exercise this weekend, i was receiving very weakly, not a lot of energy flowing from you all, but what i was able to get was a circle, if there was any color involved, what i perceived was a firey circle, ie. a circle of flame.

now, last night, i was doing my weekly reiju session, and i spend a period of time in a meditational process called hatsurei-ho before i go into the reiju and reiki. during hatsurei-ho, i received an image of burning crosses. actually i was sending light and love energy to washington, and barak obama and generally sending peace for todays activities when i received this image. i initially became concerned but then began sending love/light to those who are not happy with our new president and would choose to cause harm or disturbance during the joyful activities.

please, if this is posted in time today, spend some moments throughout the day holding love/light for peace and joy in washington today.

hello berry , those are nice words and intentions in sending love and light to everyone specially the ones not so happy with the new president. let me tell you , when i was sending the image , i felt lets say like master joda use to said, a disturbance in the force. but yes the image i told ben was a circle :) , well for the color i had a little bit difficult time focusing on the color , it was blue , but not that you mention fire, every time i tried to focus on blue , i was getting and image of the sun. i was focus on sending a big blue sphere i start imagine planets like earth and neptune , but for some reason , the sun was popping in my mind and i couldn't take it out no matter what. is very interesting that you mention a fire circle i wonder what this could mean??

anyway i fell very happy for this , we are interconnected even the odds things we see we are sharing it. i hope we could continue and now more than ever need to put all our efforts in sending love and light to our world. namaste

oh wow! what synchronicity. and what unity in thought.the question is, did i influence you or did you influence me? the fact is that at this time the sun is influencing all of us very strongly, even while it is seeming to be dormant! who else was receiveing? what did they get? i want to tell you and the rest that i only got one brief moment of image on sun-day night of the flaming circle. that was the only image i received during the weekend. so we are indeed improving in our abilities in spite of appearant blockages. truth is i didn't even know you were sending colors too! lol i am waiting to see what the alternative news lines reveal about the "flaming crosses" i envisioned. certainly nothing in wdc which is what i preceived. they may not even report such things.

its easy for me to see images in my mind , the problem is , the meaning of then , how to interpret what we see and what it means. i was trying to search for some info on this topic but couldn't find any, so if anyone can pm a link of a book in this matter will be great.

i know that from this year we will be more synchronize. one thing i notice was that if i focus on the will to send and image alone , that i have to do more effort to do it and focus, instead if i focus in my heart chakra and send love and light with the image for some reason i felt that the message was received. my point is , instead to do something mechanic , like send and image and a color alone, the result is no the same if i do it from my heart with love. i didn't know that this was so powerful , and is something wonderful when you feel that energy-love flowing through you.

let's see if anyone else got something and if ben who was a sender too felt or saw something. namaste.

hello, i sent my image this week at random times. whenever i remembered i focused on the image and focused on it appearing to 2 recievers, lala and berry. my most focused sending was saturday and sunday. i pictured being in the same room as the reciever as i was sending. have we revealed the final answer? i did not recieve any much information during the sending. only perceptions of the recievers enviroment. as for obama, i do believe he will fulfill many promises he has made. i believe he will gain very much power and respect worldwide. i believe he would not be president if it was not condoned by the elite puppeteers. they will use his position and power for there willl. i haven't meditated on it. that's just what is apparent at this point. sending strong these final days. are we going till saturday? looking forward to more.

you and i both guessed it,,,, no preceived it!!!!! what a wonderful thing, and i think it is the first time that both receivers received the same correct image. wow and wow again. dear one, i posted that i had receive the circle yesterday. i guess that i should have pm the group in order to make sure everyone got the message at the same time. mea culpa. no! i am just so cheered that we had a successful exercise. thank you ben for being with us brother. there is even more energy now.

i must comment on two things. forcing the experience doesn't work. it is a matter of letting go and letting the energy work to bring it to you. i didn't spend time in "hard" concentration trying to receive this image. i was just in quiet meditation, sensing the love and oneness between us, and open to whatever came. it was not until late sunday evening that i had the sudden image of the flaming circle and that was at the end of my meditation period. actually not even thinking at that moment about the exercise. i just had that image appear in my mind! i guess that the vibrations were just right at that moment.

let us try again this next weekend, friday evening, saturday and sunday. ben, what you did was perfect. time is of no importance in the higher realms with which we are working. it is the intent! intention is of greatest importance. and odiseo, your comment that trying hard didn't work is true too. again it is the emotional intention, the feeling in the heart, not the brain, which activates the energy of the spirit/psyche/sixth chakra or third eye. that is where our connection is born. i think that this is the key to our working. feel it, don't think it! this is what you would discover in reading the fifth book of the law of one. it is the heart not the brain which is the key to oneness.

dear lala, as i told odiseo in a pm, there was a lot of interference with a new moon and an eclipse happening this last 36 hours. i don't wonder that we were getting a lot of unclear input. i think that a lot of strong emotion was being projected this weekend by people who didn't even know they were doing it. and i didn't protect myself from extraneous thought vibrations. as i am sure that most of us, beside nancy didn't. she is wise enough to always shield from extraneous thought energy.

that is something to remember in the future.

woa, here's synchronicity in it's finest. i posted a message within the last week about how we should practice our telepathy, i attached to it a colored shape that one would have learned in school. guess what it was.........a green triangle, not solid, just lines. i kept thinking of that shape but wouldn't accept that because i had used it for the other purpose.

it is not neccessary to sent his message. i think with the new moon, and the eclipse there was a lot of interference going on. i found it distracting too, and the image i "felt" was an evolving image. since ben already related his experience, let me relate what i received.

first of all i was getting a triangle, which is not one of the 5 chosen symbols. but then there was the perception that the triangle was rotating into three positions which perfectly described the five pointed star. i decided that the star was the symbol which was sent. this was a real observation of divine geometry working for me. whether it is the symbol or not, i learned something from it. i just don't know how to verbalize it yet.

let us wait for lala's response and then reveal the shape sent and the results.

i got a green star

ok now i'll try to clear things up in case anyone is confuse. the image we send was a green triangle , now i did have some problems , first to enter in deep meditation and clearing my mind , when i finally could clear my mind and focus on the image to send i first draw in my mind a triangle then put color in this case was green and try to focus on that image and sending it to all of you. but when i had that image in my mind it was a 2d image like the one you draw on paper but suddenly the image became 3d and did start rotating , so instead of a green triangle we have a green tetrahedron rotating , but then instead of one there where two of them and they intersect each other and if you see it from the side it will looks like and star of david and again start to spin so i could see all sides it was a 3d image. at this point i did try to focus again only in a single 2d green triangle because i was afraid to confuse you of what image was send, but guess what no luck , in my mind was this tetrahedron , after a few secs i decided to stop because didn't want to confuse you more. then when i start reading the pm's i was shocked by the results i couldn't believe what ben, lala and specially berry told me of what they saw.

in my opinion and now after this i think we can send more complex drawings and who knows at what point we can reach. i personally felt more that happy and almost start crying when i read all your pm's.

this seems to be the best results we have had in the time i am aware of. what a delightful circumstance. i see that divine geometry has worked its way into our meditation which is all for the good.

i would like to clarify what i preceived. i at first saw, no, felt a triangle shape and then rejected it (personal judgement, excuse me). the i was aware of it starting to rotate. first as an upside down triangle forming the cross points of a five pointed star. then it move to where it was forming part of the top point and the right bottom point of the star, then it moved to where it was overlaping the top point and formed the left bottom point of the star. so i was thinking that the shape must have been the star figure.

when odiseo told me about his rotating triangle, i nearly fell off of my chair. what is especially blessed to me is that his image of a double tetrahedron is a very special divine shape to me. i am always finding it working into my meditations. what i saw this time was more of the mershaba or merkaba formation. the 3d pentatagram. this has been called the vehicle of light in which we can move through the dimensions when we are in the higher astral self. i believe that odiseo was seeing the triangle rotating sideways and up and down where i saw it only in one direction which would have made it the pentagram.

anyway, this is a sign that we are becoming more united in our oneness to communicate. way to go gang. yipeeyiyay from an old texas boy.

what amazing results. lala and i both got stars which are represented by rotating triangles which is what odiseo found himself sending. and ben, in sacred geometry the square is also formed from the rotation of the triangle. or more precisely in both cases the cube and the star tetrahedron are formed from the rotation of the tetrahedron through its increased frequencies.

i am totally flabergasted at the results this time. how fantastic!

yes, we should continue but not try to get too complicated all at once. just a step at a time. i look forward to doing it again this weekend. i will receive again..

i focused on the simple green triangle in every meditatiion... and every time i did this, it began to move and morph into a spinning 3d version of a green triangle...hence i can see why a green star-like formation could have been received.

this was awesome, gang! we're onto something here.....

well it seems like we are going in the right direction. ill like to share some things about me. since i was a little child i didn't have any brothers to play with the one i call sister is actually a cousin but we treat like brothers. when my parent's go to works i was alone with baby sitter , with no one else to play i start using my imagination and mostly create my own world, was in those ages when i start to not only create worlds but got the feeling been from elsewhere but couldn't remember from where. i did vividly remember my dreams and could create everything with my mind. that's why is easy for me to imagine o create figures , all you can imagine.

when we do this exercises i try to focus only in simple images the ones we agree to send, but for some reason , in the middle of my meditation and sending the images i feel something i can only describe as some sort of energy don't know exactly, don't know if you ever been near a tv if you pass your arm in front of the screen you'll feel like a magnet, this is the best example i can describe of what happen to me, anyway i start feeling this and that's when , the figure i have in my mind start to go from 2d to 3d , if it is a square for example after a few secs it will became a cube. from all the past sendings i have to concentrate harder so this wont happen but sometimes i simply cant stop it from appearing.

one other thing that concerns me is that when meditating i feel the presence, is like when you walk and you got the feeling someone is looking at you, something similar to that but i can't see no one and sometimes is breaks my concentration, still don't know what to do about that but im all ears for any advice.

odiseo, thank you for describing in such clear detail your experiences when doing our experiments. the image changing from 2d to 3d is especially interesting to me because that is exactly what happened with my image of the green triangle. i don't think it has ever happened to me before. but this time the image definitely took on a life of it's own you might say.

as i pictured the plain green triangle moving away from me and off to the receivers, it became a beautiful, luminous green 3d version (almost like a hologram) and began to slowly spin as it sailed away. awesome!

one other thing that concerns me is that when meditating i feel the presence, is like when you walk and you got the feeling someone is looking at you, something similar to that but i can't see no one and sometimes is breaks my concentration, still don't know what to do about that but im all ears for any advice.

this feeling of a presence has been with me right from the beginning of our experiments. it doesn't break my concentration, though, because i interpret it as the bonds that we have developed in our on-going attempts to contact one another this way. i feel that each of the participants in the experiment is present and that i am sharing a bond with each one of you as i take part in it.

i welcome it and feel that it is a good thing and is one of the reasons that we all love doing this. remember how we all commented in the beginning about the overwhelming feeling of love that we were experiencing while doing this?

i haven’t described my experience yet, and, this time was indeed different. usually i get the image at a very specific point of the meditation, and it is when i don’t worry about it at all, and get profoundly immersed in the connection with a very very peaceful and loving feeling. and this time i started the relaxation (the each body part stuff) and after finishing the last foot, i opened an imaginary screen in my mind, and sent the intention of perceiving the image that was being send. and i got a very bright green star. honestly i did not focus for too long because the train of meditating was running to other ways… and i ended by “taking a nap” i think, cause i got no remembrance of any kind.

odiseo, me too, i am feeling the wanting to share pieces of this life that i call mine with you! usually i write very short posts, because i am a lazy girl (and happy with that) and it is still difficult for me to write in english, i always use –word- first for the automatic correction, dictionary and synonyms tools, and many times i start making so many mistakes that i get bored and erase everything to replace the message by the most resumed version i can find.

i will make an effort…

as a child, i was always far away… that’s what mother used to say, “say something laura, where are you? on the moon” i remember her saying that a lot. when asked “do you have imaginary friends” or “are you thinking about something” i use to answer “no guys i am here, just listening to you”, i still do that a lot “d’ailleurs”, and honestly, i don’t remember any particular thought or image, maybe sounds… after being asked quite repeatedly (it still happens) i recognized a kind of sound, not music, a sort of vibration. but as nobody seems to understand that, i prefer saying that i am just paying attention to them and what they are saying (it was not difficult for me to choose a profession… i am a psychoanalyst… lol)

for the meditations, well, that’s when it began to get fun! i have, each time, different, experiences! some i can place in the “understandable” archive, and some in the “what a **** was that!).

the energy around and “in out-out in” me seems to be a constant.
i love what we are doing, my understanding is that we are just playing, like kids, with a magic box… surrounded by adults that watch (my personal experience shows that some times i clearly feel that “not today” or “not like this” feeling), at the same time we are being given the opportunity to know, use and understand a very powerful “magic box”.

well for someone that began the post by saying “i like to resume” i have been quite long in this one!

i love your unedited english, it is so much more of the you that you are. hugs and kisses dear one. i hear you completely when you say that you are focusing and then "take a nap" . lol, it happens to me more often than not, but i am not really asleep. my higher self seems to be doing what i was intending it to do from the beginning. my mate always says that i fell asleep during my meditation. that's alright, he doesn't understand but i always "awake" feeling like i have done what i intended to do!

i guess that our astral body, or whatever you want to call that non-physical part of us goes on processing/performing what our intentions were before we fell into that doze. my reiki master calls that experience the "theta state" of mind. he experiences it often and finds that he has done his reiki work even while he was physically unconscious. so don't feel fretful about those little naps.

and another note. while i was meditating and trying to receive, i didn't get anything! it was afterward when i was just resting in peace and love and joy that suddenly i "received" the image that i got. it was when i had opened up without trying that the spinning triangle/star appeared in my mind. this reminds me of yoda's comment to skywalker, "try not, just do!"

this last weekend was a milemarker in our exercises. i think that we have crossed a barrier now, all of us, where we will begin to see the shift which is occuring not only in the universe/galaxy/solar system but within those of us who are choosing to become aware of the all that is that is our one infinite creator.

oh nancy, before i forget to mention it, which happens to us of the elder folk, your comment about the 2d image of the triangle transmutting to the 3d image of the tetrahedron as it move off/out to us, it just the intellegent energy of all that is making it what it really is. sacred geometry, as discussed in the law of one and in david's books is about transformation of 2d to 3d and 3d to 4d. the universe works in the processes of the solids transmuting from one form to another. we have this last weekend experience internally this process. i see a portal opening through which we are all going to experience much more exciting things as we continue to do our work in love and oneness.

if you haven't read david's convergence series of books, which are downloadable on the website, do so. they are extremely enlightening. ben, i would suggest especially that you download and read them, since you are new to divine cosmos.

hundreds of people were trapped on country roads while trying to escape the raging wild fires, along with little critters like this one.

here is what i pmd to odiseo on tuesday before i learned what was sent.

"here is what i got, which is a combination of synchonicities, intuitions and vision/feelings. first, the room i was in had a window facing east, and after i began my meditation, i noticed a very full white full moon shining in the window. then, i had the image of a snowball, followed a little later by the concept of a spinning silver-white disc, then finally, in deep meditation, i had the vision of a perfectly round galaxy of bright white stars. so from these continued similar images, i am thinking that you all were sending a white circle."

obviously i had something else going on as it was not the object sent. odiseo, i don't see where you posted on the thread the shape you and lala sent. i will let you post that information.

i am ready again this weekend to receive, hopefully with improved connection. at least it is not a full moon this time.

ok the figure we decided to send was the “waves” fig. and the color was blue. but, as we have already noticed:eek:, in each experience, there is a synchronicity that happens, even if the shape and the color didn’t mach.
this week the figure (that i have suggested) was the blue wave, but the white circle was in my minds eye, in the form of a second choice, very strongly present, in the last experience!

always mind blowing for me… the difference between knowing the path and walking the path is indeed very defined… and it is fact for me, now, that we share our thoughts in a, timeless not divided by right or wrong, field.

oh, nancy, we saw a video clip of this dear little thing on tv last night. it was so appreciative of the water the fireman provided. they said that they took the little koala to a vet for treatment of its burns on the feet.

i have been sending positive energy for those experiencing the fire as well as those with the flooding in the north. i have been hearing all kinds of bizaar things going on the the land of oz in the last few months. it seems that the energy vortex for this climate change thing is centered over australia.

has anyone heard for benone, allykat and lala? i'm ready again whenever everybody else is. as odiseo said, there has been some strange energy buzzing around the last week. i think we must all shield as nancy does when we are exercising our shape sending. maybe it will improve our connectivity.

i just saw lala's post. it is so canny that although odisio and lala were concentrating on the blue wavy lines, lala had unconsciously visualized the white circle and that is the image i received, not the wavy lines. there is something here we are missing. i have the intuition that there is too much effort being put on concentrating on an image, rather than intending it/feeling it and letting it quantumly (is that a word?lol) manifest to the receiver. i just recalled a scripture passage from job 22:28 which says "you shall also decree a thing, and it shall be established to you. light shall shine on your ways."

what are your thoughts on that idea?

hello group , to start berry was right of what the image was , because my mind was blank :) , for some reason i did try to meditate and was wondering of the image to send but i felt like emptiness , nothing. i did find this estrange but i thought it happen for a reason. so even if it is monday if you like we could send or do we wait for the next weekend. for me i could at any time :).

other question , do you think we can send not only the zener shapes but also include the platonic solids as well. or should we wait a little bit more. namaste

i found it strange too that i was unable to get even a hint of a shape. now we know why. i guess that we could say that it was a successful receipt of the image of the void. lol

the platonic solids are a great idea but i would suggest we keep it to the simpler ones such at the sphere, the cube, the tetrahedron and at the most complex the octahedron. the icosahedron is difficult to comprehend much less hold a visualization of. i can't picture it at all without looking at a drawing of it.

since it is already tuesday here in the us and wednesday in oz, lets begin on friday night. that way we can get our acts together on who does what. for the record, i would like to try to send this time.

well, we haven't heard from lala yet but i told odiseo i would post the results on the thread this morning. what we were sending was an orange cross. we both experienced blockages of one sort or another. i kept ending up with my orange turning brown. and odiseo was getting some negative greetings while he was sending which i will let him describe to you. we both felt very unusual energy signatures while we were meditating this last weekend.
i read just yesterday that with all of the planets that are housed in aquarius just now, we can all get a little crazy and experience outlandish results with meditation, intentions and other workings. nancy has the answer with her setting up protection before her mediation and i think we all need to remember to clear and ground beforehand.

sylvain, thanks for popping in, we welcome you and hope you would join us in our little experiments. we sometimes have extraordinary results and other times not.

lets start preparing for this next weekend. i just realized that the new moon is today so we will be in a waxing phase this next weekend which should ease the uncomfortable energy signatures a little.

i just read something which clicked and i remembered your post about the vivid green orb. guess what? comet lulin, the green comet was approaching it closest position to the earth about that time! a quote from what i was reading: "lulin is a very rare and quirky visitor. i find it interesting that this comet is not only green, but also appears to be traveling backwards."

i think you were possibly tuning into this cosmic rarity.

you are most welcome to join our group. the more the merrier as we are a small gathering of spiritual alchemist attempting to grasp the philosophers stone of telepathic unity. there is no formality to the group. we just decide who will play one of the three parts of the experiment, ie. sender, receiver, or supporter/observer. senders decide what object will be sent and let the observer know who will provide energy for the process. the recievers are open to become aware of the object which is being sent. senders send via meditation, receivers open up to receive via meditation and obserers provide spiritual energy via mediation. we have discovered that a precise time to do it is of no consequence as long as we intend with love and unity to be one with one another during the exercise. we usually decide to work this over the period form friday night to sunday night as convenient and then early the next week we report the results.

this weekend i think that i and odiseo are sending, spiral of light (nancy) and lala are receiving and perhaps allykat is observing. if i have it wrong gang let me know by pm quick. time is getting short. and odiseo, contact me about a shape.

hello group , hoping all is ok. well lala already pm about the image she saw last weekend but let me tell you something before we post results. last weekend it was very very difficult for me to concentrate, i felt very tired every time i tried to meditate , it was almost impossible for me to even clear my mind. i don't know if this happen to others. but in the other hand, on friday night when i was sleeping something estrange did happen, the only way i can describe it is like i did get a software upgrade :) . it sounds weird but that's the only analogy that came to my mind for what i felt. i don't know if for what i felt was the reason i pass this weekend so tired. one thing is for sure , there are some new energies flowing on this planet , i did felt something different and new it was like some kind of energy-force i did felt but for some reason , this energy felt like it was really alive , i mean like if it was talking without words and knew what it was doing. group i don't know how to explain this but i can only say is something wonderful and i hope other could live and feel what i did felt. after that day i feel different like another person. anyway im happy to be part of this wonderful group and hope we could keep growing and learning. namaste.

greetings loved ones.

weeellll! like odiseo, i felt strange energies flowing this last weekend, and even last night while i was doing my weekly reiju session. it was like there was a download of new systems, or energy patterns. last night i was so jittery i had difficulty maintaining my meditational state and actually stopped prematurely. so you were not alone odiseo.

as for the exercise this last weekend. i found i was getting a lot of void. i did perceive the image of the infinity symbol friday night, the sidewise figure 8, and the loops were filled with swarms of bright colored spots of light. this was very brief but very clear. i received nothing until sunday night during which time i peceived a white star, again very clearly.

i have no confidence in either image and am curious what symbol was actually sent and what lala received. waiting anxiously to here the results.

i was very scattered this past eekend as well. i did enjoy my time trying to transfer some positive energy into the practice, but it was soooo hard to focus, and when i finally did, my brain would snap me right out of it...as if i had something to do, but there was nothing, and it was just weird.

i woke to a dream that was interesting on saturday as well, that i wanted to share here becuase i thought it was some what relevent, but yep, very scattered, because it's gone now. :(

i really enjoyed it tho, and wish to work with you more in the future weekends. perhaps i'll stick with the support position until it (or i) become less scattered, and can gain a little more comfort and knowledge of the group and this particuar work.

is anyone out there building or using pyramids?

it would be nice if we could put together a discussion thread that discusses design and construction issues for pyramids.

for starters, i am interested in building a pyramid based on the russian pyramids that dw describes in science of peace and elsewhere. this is different from the classic egyptian pyramids. the russian pyramid is proportionately taller than the egyptian version (70 degrees if i remember correctly) and contains no metal components.

if there is anyone out there who knows the exact proportions and critical design components for the russian pyramid, please post a note here. a step by step method to lay out the precise proportions of the face of the pyramid would be nice. (some of us are geometrically challenged.)

or if someone has access to an english translation of the documentation of the russian pyramid work, that would be useful too. presumably there would be methodology documented there.

here's an interesting tidbit.

in my hand pottery class we were making different things. i decided to make a pyramid out of the clay.

well i had forgetten that when you make an object enclosed on all sides you are supposed to have a hole in it so that the air can go out a bit and not cause the sculpture to explode.

there was no hole at all in my crappy pyramid, and it came out perfectly fine without any cracks or anything. my pottery teacher said he was quite surprised.

maybe there is something to pyramid power after all.

is anyone out there building or using pyramids?

it would be nice if we could put together a discussion thread that discusses design and construction issues for pyramids.

for starters, i am interested in building a pyramid based on the russian pyramids that dw describes in science of peace and elsewhere. this is different from the classic egyptian pyramids. the russian pyramid is proportionately taller than the egyptian version (70 degrees if i remember correctly) and contains no metal components.

if there is anyone out there who knows the exact proportions and critical design components for the russian pyramid, please post a note here. a step by step method to lay out the precise proportions of the face of the pyramid would be nice. (some of us are geometrically challen

or if someone has access to an english translation of the documentation of the russian pyramid work, that would be useful too. presumably there would be methodology documented there.

i have a pyramid made out of quartz. the base is about 1.5"x1.5" and stands about 1.5" tall. when i meditate i normally lay down on my back with my head slightly propped up, arms folded over the center of my chest and i place the pyramid over my pineal glad. it is almost situated right between my eyes where my third eye chakra is located. when i use this technique i see intense colours and shapes that have a liquid motion. i normally go into deep-altered states of consciousness when i do this.

i bought my quartz pyramid from gift shop in my town that sells many types of gemstones and various types of tools for spiritual practice. i think i only spent $4 or $5 on this useful tool. it seems to amplify the energies that you draw in during meditation.

unless i am totally discombubalated, i didn't receive any image at all. i did sense a spherical void a number of times and this could be construed as a circle without color.

last thursday i had chiropractic manipulations with an osteopathic doctor for some spinal misalignment in my spine and neck due to a slip on an icy step resulting in an almost perfect "flying camel". lol! low back pain, mid back pain and neck pain were my prize. anyway, i have been taking muscle relaxers and anti-inflamitories since, and those have not helped my meditation at all. on top of that, i think that the doctor inadvertantly fractured or refractured a rib (something from many years ago). so i have been dealing with that on top of the effect of the medication.

it is a full moon tonight into tomorrow. it seems to be a very potent astrological alignment wherein we can address those things which have been a hinderance and finally clear them. i intend in a few moments to do a deep hatsurei-ho/ reiju/reiki meditation, sending energy and love and healing to everyone with whom i connect psychicly which includes all of you beloved spiritual siblings.

the circular void you refer to is definitely on the right track, believe it or not.

hello group , well this last weekend still felt interference couldn't concentrate and physically felt so tired. don't know what is happening , is strange but i feel to be in some kind of limbo , like in the middle of nowhere. don't know if this is a normal process or not but i can tell you something is changing , cant tell you if it is in our physical, mental, spiritual worlds , but i have the feeling that something is happening. this is the first time i have ever felt like this, if any of you have and idea or explanation i'll be all ears. namaste

i agree, and i feel it. there is so much happening, i think ultamately it's on all the planes, because they all work off eachother to an extent. it's crazy to me, because the change ultamately, i feel will be an awesome one, but man, it's hard work to get there.

there has been tons on interference on the physical, and mental planes for many many people i know, and love. each day it seems to be an addition to it, and it's very stressful, but i feel in the end it's to strenghthen our spirituality, and our desire to find more compassion and dedication to the oneness that we are getting closer to.

on a side note: i didn't get a pm regaurding this weeks meditation. it was okay, i do have my own desturbances as well, but i am still willing and desiring participation, so if there's something put together for this week, i'd love to contribute in anyway that i can.

after 3 meditations i was asked to switch image, creating confusion and possibly changing the golden sphere to a void.:eek:

this is quite exciting, i did not expect such accurate results. a sphere is a complex 3d image and require much concentration to visualize or capture. a big thanks to the whole team for the efforts.:)

apologies to blacksunshine for being left in the dark, perhaps our communication skills could use a little tweaking.

working with energies such as these is not for the faint of heart, it does come with certain side effects. perhaps a level of knowledge in alchemical transmutations could be of great help for those having a hard time dealing with or understanding residual energy patterns and identifying their potentials.

i suggest a subtle approach and a careful acknowledgment of what is brought to the table.;) jmho as always. sylvain

each week as we prepare to do these exercises, i kept a list, noting who has said in their posts what they desire to do. usually by friday evening i know who is sending, receiving, and supporting. perhaps it would be good to send out a final pm sometime friday confirming and then those sending and receiving will communicate the object of the exercise. (early enough for nancy to be in the loop.) actually we should i guess get it all down by thursday evening, then nancy will be sure to be advised come friday. oh nancy, it will be so good when you get back into the western hemisphere!! nothing against the land of oz mind you. i envy your experiences there. of course we could all move east of krakatoa and be in close time zones. not!!!!

back to the subject. if everyone agrees i will try to keep everyone posted on who is doing what and by thrusday evening put out pms so everyone is on board. just let me know. and, it is important that we get it together before friday morning, or by that time at the latest. then it will be up to the senders to do the rest.

i think that is a good idea. i knew due to all the time zones, when i hadn't gotten anything by saturday, it was almost just too late, so i didn't worry about it. if we knew of some sort of line up by later on thursday, it would prolly help. i still send loving and positive energies to all whom participated, cuz heck, nothing wrong with a little love in the air, right. ;)

we don't realize that the fact that we are scattered over this wonderful world in a spread of 24 hours that communications are limited even though the internet is instantaneous. ( with other delays evolving from human oversight. (mods, we love you dearly, but sometimes are at disadvantage due to that oversight.))

i think that the thursday deadline will help in this situation of timelapse in information. erin, you are dearly loved and welcome in our group and your energy of love and support and participation is greatly desired and appreciated. let us see what happens this next weekend.

dear sisters and brothers.

i have to share this with all of you. i got a wonderful chuckle and sense of wonderment at the same time from it.

i told my partner ray, that this last weekend the senders were sending an image of a gold or yellow circle. something interfered with some of them and it was corrupted. i was a receiver and for most of the time i received nothing. finally on sunday evening, i gave up and then had the image of a sphere of void. i told him that when i reported it, i also mentioned that the moon was full and of course rising in a bright yellow gold as it always does. i had assumed that i had not been successful in receiving what was sent and stated so when i reported into the tread. i have no idea how i was receiveing the eventual results of the sending but i did. i didn't feel that i had clearly received the image, but of course what the physic mind receives is more an emotional/sensational object than a 3d image.

after telling him this he looked at me and said " am i living with an alien or what? i said you are not far from right. of course that didn't register with him. all is well and all is as it should be.
