i have a hard time with info sinking in, i have had several hard hits to my brain. thoe i am trying to understand this stuff its hard because what i hear does not stay in my memory long enuff to review the peaces of the puzzle. there for i have a hard time with putting the peaces together. i am very drawn to it thoe. i want to understand it, i just need to find away that i can? i watched a youtube vid by dr bruse lipton that i found to be very good. it's called when mind meets matter..... i know that there is more to the picture then what i can see? all of my love to all................

it is a lot to absorb. people learn differently. reiteration may help. pausing it frequently may also help. it does move at a steady pace with a bunch of information.
