today i just had the impression to share some lessons i've learned in life. these quotes only sum up basic things i understand, but they could all be expanded into more detail. short lines are much more fun to read though lol

everything in life, including life itself, is a gift of god :)

everybody is a leader and stable leaders follow after truth as authority and live according to its principles.

some people claim to love strangers as "family", but ironically don't really love their own family. if one can't be a friend with those who are close, how can one really be a friend with those who are distant?

abraham lincoln once said: the best way to conquer your enemies to to convert them into your allies.

love your enemies, they will give up or go insane.

absolute anarchy doesn't exist, but there is revolt and tyranny. you will eventually make your own rules and others will follow them.

freedom has limits because you will either choose to follow the truth or to be enslaved by lies and you don't have a third option.

the greatest power that anyone one can have is self-control, the surrender one's own rights, and the love of god for others.

great power comes great responsibility. don't expect to handle great things if you can't handle the small.

don't get so obsessed with trying to learn new talents if you haven't practiced the ones you already have.

rights are privileges. absolute power will spoil you and others, that's why we should be willing to surrender our rights.

the most convincing deceptions people fall for have elements of truth used in an intelligent way in order to make the foolish proud look wise.

deceived people get confused and confuse other people trying to convince themselves they are right, but they convince no one.

truth frees you from deception, but can hurt your self-esteem (which is selfish pride). the higher you esteem yourself, the lower you will esteem of others and the truth.

people already love themselves, but their love will run out if they don't know god, who is love.

faith in god is based on the evidences of truth and involves loyalty, seeing how god sees. evidence of truth can only be found in practice, not in lip-service.

its very easy to overemphasize and exaggerate one aspect of truth and bash other people over the head with it. in doing this you can fail to see the whole truth and deceive yourself (along with others).

don't get to obsessed with learning more of truth if you aren't practicing the truth that you already know.

don't live anxiously expecting to get satisfied, you will get tired and/or disappointed.

happiness is a choice on what we focus on.

true joy can only be found through faith in a person and will involve gratitude. that person is god.

the greatest miracle one can ever witness is a genuine change of heart without turning back. external miracles occur all the time, but they mean nothing without an internal one. this internal miracle isn't done by ourselves, but in cooperation with god.

if you encounter a new hypothesis and yet fail to accept it, you are rejecting it (keeping the old one).
i learned this in statistics class.
