hi!

i have this very strong energetic bursts in my back, coming from my spine and my neck. i can feel it throught the entire body, and sometimes it connects to the third eye.

it happens to me whenever i think of something loving or spiritual, or when i emphasize with something, or when i listen to music that touches me.

it happens at least 20 times a day, depending on what i think about and how i feel about it, and it can even happen like 20 times per hour. i'd say about 30-40 times a day would be realistic measure.

it helped me to know what's right and whats wrong, so i feel like it guides me in some way.

i also have some bioenergetic capabilities, and i can heal people (not reiki).

now, i don't really know is it a kundalini, or is it prana?? i read something about them, i what i figured is that they are quite similar. so how do i know what it is, and what do i do with it?

thanks :)

pranic awakening is only a prelude to a full kundalini awakening. tibetan yogis that i have encountered consider the activation of prana (tibetan: rlung) as merely a prerequisite for the activation of kundalini (tibetan: gtummo).

what's attractive about this viewpoint is that it explains the difference between the experience of simply having pleasant sensations in the spine and the much more powerful experience of having a "freight-train''-like full kundalini experience.

so in essence they are one in the same.

thanks austin! that much i know, but it seems like i have both!

i mean, i sometims have just a pleasant tingling sensation, but sometimes i can really shake out really hard. could this be this freight-train kind of a feeling?

btw, i saw some people hear a kind of a pop in ther head, or some sort of a buzz. i don't. unless they are reffering to that buzz to be this shaking / tingling sensation in the back.

from what i understand the buzz is similar to the noise of a swarm of bees, it is also observed during the onset of an obe by most people.

as i can not personally experience the physical sensation you are describing it is difficult for me to say what it is....
